The main building is pretty

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well.
Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service.

I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well.

1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

Please note that the one-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with no exterior view. This is not specified when booking on trip.com.

Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one.

And half the hotel is under renovation. The rooftop pool is not accessible.

this is not our first time visiting this resort. it never made us disappointed with what we are receiving, all the cleaners are the best but for this time we took a chalet and “moynal.H” was the best of them. He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best.

We stayed at room 125 and we had the best experience ever. The service was really good and the workers were very kind and respectful. They fulfilled everything what we asked for and always with a smile on their face and the will to help always. We will definitely be back. 100/100

Very expensive and I highly do not recommend this place! Rude staff, it is a steak house where the waiters can not tell the differences between two kinds of steaks and tells you to deal with it.. dirty soda cans and dirty table covers .. waiters are really nosy and they fight in front of all customers .. they didn't tell us first when we came in that the restaurant closes at 11:30pm and they started to turning lights off .. food took almost 35 minutes to be served!!! Really really bad!!!!! Gordon Ramsey must come to visit

in general i did not like this place the noodles are not actually noodles
they are pasta the sauces are good i really liked them especially the sweet and sour suace a good place for friends and groups and also good for families one of the staff is reallly rude the filipino girl i think i felt like iam
not welcomed i felt that she was very rude but i just ignored it on the
other hand the other woman was very lovely and helpful prices are good compared with other chineese resturants

Very casual. If you want authentic Chinese food, I highly recommend this restaurant. It is very casual. Not a formal sit down so if you are looking for that, this is not the place. Food is super clean,tasty and friendly staff .

i really do love this place food is tasty and service is really so fast staff are helpful and friendly although they do always forget to put the dips and suaces as well as they do not use the computer thay says what orders
are ready properly playing area was clean and nice this place is suitable for families and you can enter with a wheelchair there is very wifi and they do accept credit cards they do serve coffe but i dont recomend their coffe

Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. No Big Macs, no cheese burgers, no ice cream, no mcchicken. Just horrible selection. Also at night the youth take over and it’s impossible to order without everyone butting in line.

Ok, but it's just another American junk food, nothing more. The best thing about McDonald's is their restrooms, if you're traveling that's the best place to refresh and to wash-up.
