Hotel Nurlytau in Borovoye

Disliked · 1. The hotel advertised WI FI throughout the entire property, but upon arrival it turned out that the local WIFI was not loading anything at all. The entire hotel is served by 2 very, very weak routers, which cannot cope with the current hotel load conditions. Our complaints were met with the following response: "We can't do anything, write a review. The management does not respond to complaints." In the end, we knocked out a 10% discount on accommodation to buy a SIM card. If anything, Tele2 works well there.
2. The rooms are in poor condition. The bathroom is dirty. We got a broken bathtub from under which water was leaking. The furniture in the rooms is old and shabby. The shower handle is leaky. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, it is very stuffy to sleep. As soon as we noticed the cracked bathtub, we asked to change the room, to which we were told that there were no rooms. The next day, we insisted on changing the room again, to which we were offered comfort with an extra charge. This did not suit us and we began to insist even more. They met us halfway by changing the room. The comfort was not much better.
3. There is no drinking water either on the floor or in the rooms. No kettle, dishes, hair dryer. The TV shows channel 1, in Kazakh. There were no batteries in the remote control.
As a result: a complete discrepancy between price and quality. The cost of a day's stay was 6,000 rubles, which in no way corresponds to the level of this "hotel". If the management does not want such reviews, it needs to urgently change the current state of its "hotel" and listen to what the customers say.
