Friendly staff. Tasty food.

This is a great hotel. I was very pleased that it had everything: a pool, a sauna, and a hammam. We got a special offer, and three meals a day were included. The food is excellent, home-cooked food, and the portions are generous; we couldn't finish it all. The Central Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It's cozy and comfortable. We don't have small children, but there are excellent playgrounds here, so even the little ones will have fun. The rooms have excellent Wi-Fi, a TV, and a refrigerator. The shower gel, shampoo, and soap are provided, along with plenty of towels. They provide different towels for the sauna, which is nice. The rooms also have robes and slippers. Overall, it was like a good five-star hotel. The only downside was the grimy sofa in the room, but that's not a big deal, because there's nothing to do in the rooms in Borovoe; there are plenty of forests and wonderful tourist locations.

This is a decent hotel for a vacation. There are summer cottages, but you should only stay in them in warm weather. These cottages feature an outdoor pool for adults and a small paddling pool for children, a playground, and a soccer or volleyball court (whatever you prefer). There's also a separate cottage, but I haven't been there, so I can't comment on that.
I'll tell you more about the summer cottages: the cottage is a two-story structure with six rooms on the ground floor and six on the second floor. The soundproofing is very good; you can hear the neighbors' conversations both next door and upstairs. There's no hairdryer or kettle in the room, so bring your own if necessary. However, there is a small refrigerator and a TV. Towels for the pool and your room are provided. Cleaning is available upon request, so that's no problem. As for the food, it's a matter of luck. The breakfast was quite filling, nothing fancy. We went to a cafe near the hotel for lunch and dinner. Fortunately, the location is close to the market and the lake. As a result: you can relax quite well, it’s perfect for a change of scenery.

Altyn Kun is a three-star hotel! It consists of two buildings and a bungalow. Everything here corresponds to the number of stars, except for the price! The price is inflated! We stayed in the second building, a suite. There are different rooms, including economy ones. We chose this hotel because of the swimming pools on the territory. There are lots of them!!! Children's, adults', and as many as a sparrow's eggs! The children's is heated, the adult's is cold, and the latter is heated by the sun. Breakfast is not included. There is a dining room on the ground floor. We didn't use it, so I can't say how the food is there. There is a sauna (5000 per hour regardless of room category), spa, hamam, barbecue area, gazebo, and a trestle bed (you also pay for it separately). Depending on the room you stay in, you have access to the above-mentioned benefits for free! A big minus is the lack of a cooking area! Elementary: we wanted to marinate shish kebab, we asked where we could do it. Answer: Buy ready-made or marinate in your room. If you stay here, bring a kettle, dishes, pots, and something to cook with. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

Everything is well taken care of in this hotel. Unfortunately only the breakfast lady was nice and spoke English. You can reach this hotel via a muddy road from the main road. The outside of the building looks wonderful. Inside it is darkish. Probably autumn was not the best time to visit. In summer it will be much nicer. The rooms are pretty OK, only the shower was a bit small. The bed was good. The included dinner was simple (spaghetti, some sour salad, no dessert), but you can order additional items from the menu for a good price. I loved the pancakes. The breakfast had porridge and bread with 2 sunny side up eggs and vegetables. Overall a reasonable experience. Better go here in summer.

We rested from 3 to 4 September. Expectations were the best, because we chose the hotel on the recommendation of friends.
The first thing that caught my eye was the dirty spots on the towels, they asked to replace them, only 3 times they brought us more or less fresh towels. But all bath accessories are hard and unpleasant to the touch, like wiping with sandpaper. The bathroom is terribly dirty, you can see everything in the photo, I had to call the cleaning, but it didn't help much. The hotel has a strange smell near the water, even washing was unpleasant.
The sauna is also dirty, the hammam smells of mold. Although the visit is made by appointment, there were a lot of people for such a small sauna, some of whom were not hotel guests.
We didn't expect much from the breakfast, but it left a lot to be desired.
In general, we do not recommend it to anyone, there are better quality hotels at the same price. And we ask the hotel owners not to skimp on the comfort of their guests!

The rooms are not cleaned, there is dirt, the amount of bedding is not calculated for residents. Until you tell them they won't go away, every step must be said

Awful hotel! The administration does not work at all. The rooms are not cleaned, we found dust, ash and peel from seeds in the room.
