Hotel Gloria in Borovoye

Pros:
1. Location : This hotel is in a great location. Across the road there's a zoo and a museum, and the lake is 5-8 minutes walking distance. There are also a variety of eateries around and the shopping mall is 5 minutes away on foot.
2. The rooms are satisfactorily clean and equiped with spacious bed, a sectional sofa, a safe, a television, a tiny refrigerator and an electric kettle.
3. Reception are warm and welcoming - we arrived past midnight and the took good care of us; helped us move our luggage into the room and even provided us with a baby coat instantly.

Cons:
1. The bathrooms in the rooms are very tiny and there's an oduor coming out of the bathroom even when the ventilation is on.
2. No wiFi in the rooms - only at the restaurant and in the corridor in the first floor, but there's no sockets to plug you gadgets in the corridor.
3. No microwave in the rooms so don't even think of bringing to your room food that require warming.
4. The restaurant is cheap but the food is not great. My wife was served semi-raw potatoes.
5. There's no lift.
6. No ramp for strollers or wheelchairs
