Hotel Eurasia Deluxe in Borovoye

Nice hotel, but there are a number of disadvantages:
1) Lack of database. The manager has to call all clients manually, only then he can answer whether there is a place. You have to wait half an hour. It doesn't save time. And time, as you know, is money.
2) 32 thousand per room !!!! Which has chairs but no table. This is weird. This amount includes only breakfast and that's it.
3) Plumbing in the rooms is in poor condition. Rusty pipes and van faucets leave you wanting that someday a good plumber will come and replace them, sending them to a well-deserved rest))
4) Tired children's slides and swings are not the best option to choose this place to relax with families.
5) Dining room. With such prices, you can eat decently in the center of the capital, but this dining room has a maximum of homemade potatoes. I noticed such a situation, when there is some kind of banquet in the dining room, the dining room is closed. That is, residents of the Eurasia DeLuxe hotel will have to look for a place to eat in other parts of the Borovoe resort. This is not correct, nor is it hospitable. Do you agree? That is, for this amount they promise one thing, but in fact you get another. So it's up to you. And this is my personal experience in this wonderful establishment. All good rest and excellent mood!

A terrible place, the name of the hotel and the hotel itself do not correspond at all, the building from the USSR, the photos on the booking rooms are far from reality, it feels like you find yourself in the 90s of Issyk-Kul. The room for 40 thousand tenge was without a shower handle, dirty, ugly sofas with stains, bed linen was not changed, we had to do everything ourselves, change, demand pillows and a blanket, no TV, no kettle, no amenities! And at the same time the boorish attitude of the hotel administration. Sleeping in such a room, to put it mildly, was disgusting. In addition, the water in the toilet was not flushed, in general a nightmare, not a hotel !!!
