Purely. Cozy rooms. Comfortable beds, new bed linen.
The water is super, as it always is. Friendly staff. The cafe mainly serves Uyghur dishes, but the portions are large and delicious. Tumar, you are great!

Cool zone! All liked it. The weather let us down, but everything was great! Especially lagman! Yummy! The people are kind and welcoming. I recommend.

We were in Tumar from December 17-19, we really liked everything. I traveled with children and were worried about the warmth in the rooms and they didn’t let us down, heated floors, the temperature in the room was comfortable. The pools are good, the water was great. The administration was cooperative in everything.

We were at the Tumar recreation area from September 13 to 16, 2021. The recreation area itself is good, a beautiful green area, the rooms are also normal, not luxury of course, but not old either, in principle you can live for a few days. BUT everything is spoiled by the staff! the feeling that we came to visit them and asked for something impossible, not to say that they are rude, they just do everything with a big favor. The rooms are very DIRTY! and almost everyone who rested there complained about it, the smell in the toilet was unbearable
The dishes were all dirty, they didn’t use them. They barely begged for a hairdryer, they only have one and they rent it for 500 tenge. I didn’t dare go to the dining room because... it was constantly closed, apparently no one orders there. The pools are tired, but the water is clean. One of the advantages is the presence of a water slide. The kids rode on it all day and were very happy! Initially, we chose Tumar for this slide; the children also liked the playground. In general, the children are delighted, and this is important for us, but everything was ruined by the dirty, smelly rooms and old bed. we just need normal staff to monitor this and everything would be fine. a couple of years ago we went to Izumrud, it was very clean and cozy, the food in the cafe was delicious, but there was nothing for children, no entertainment, only a Soviet iron slide and swing. If it weren’t for this moment, we would have gladly gone to Izumrud again.

January 2018.
Pros: heated floors in the room. There is an oil heater. Together everything gives a tolerable temperature in the room. A cool, warm blanket that's comfortable to sleep under. For the summer there is an air conditioner in the room. White, clean bed linen, the size of the duvet cover matches the size of the blanket, and the pillowcases match the pillows: Shaitan, rarely found in the CIS space! 😁 Delicious lagman in the dining room. Don't expect a variety of menu, but you won't leave hungry. Prices are average.
two large swimming pools with good clean water. An outdoor pool is cleaner than an indoor one. On the street there is a bass made of tiles. Indoor - made of film. It’s cool that the pipes don’t stick out of the ground anywhere, like in the same mirage: you won’t trip and break your legs, arms, and faces. Well-groomed area around the pool: fir trees, thujas, garden design, not stupid concrete. The paths are tiled. Be careful, there are steps, you can't see them in the dark. The main thing is that they have a fairly new well with a water temperature of 42, the rest of the zones have old wells and cannot boast of such a rate. In fact, in the outdoor pool in winter it is not cold and you do not freeze. This is the only factor by which I choose a zone - the temperature of the water should warm the bones.
Cons: as everywhere else, rude, uncouth staff - answer the client’s question “what?” for them the norm. Burnt out sockets. The lights are barely on in the evenings - the voltage constantly drops. The electric kettle doesn't work. The stairs to the second floor are vertical. Cheap shabby furniture. At least a rug in the bathroom to prevent your feet from freezing to the floor - the bathrooms are cold and uncomfortable. There is toilet paper. There is no soap. For some reason, invigorating pop music is blaring outside until 10 pm, preventing you from relaxing in the pool. They don’t think of turning on relaxation, apparently they don’t know about this kind of music here.
Some rooms do not open out through a warm corridor, but directly onto balconies. The rooms there are probably colder in winter and hotter in summer. Lucky, the room was across a warm corridor. The doors are made of cardboard, there are no thresholds, so you can hear all the conversations in the corridors.
Overall, above average. We look at the pros and close our eyes to the cons. It's the 21st century. I’m still waiting for decent, not soviet-level, middle-class recreation centers to appear in KZ, so that I can stop by and be satisfied with everything. And for someone to work with the staff so that they can communicate with clients without hesitation.
