The location was really good. I enjoyed seeing Charn Canyon and had a good rest.

A super chill tent camping experience. Inside the tent, you'll find a bed, bedding, a table, chairs, a kettle, a heater, and a single light bulb. (There's no bathroom or toilet; you have to walk or drive to the service center. At night, it's pitch black, with no streetlights, which is especially inconvenient for women!) Overall, camping in a tent with such a stunning view is "absolutely fantastic.

The glamping tents are perfect for visiting the Charyn Canyon (Valley of Castles). They're right by the visitor centre at the entrance gate, 10km down the road from the turn off the highway. The location is excellent. The room is also very nice.

There was a little mix up with our booking so we had to have a tent instead of a cabin which meant no personal bathroom. However we were well looked after and mistakes do happen in life! Our tent was clean and cozy.

New cabins at the visitor centre. Bathrooms could be cleaner but view and surroundings are great. Good food at the restaurant.

The impressions from rafting are simply indescribable! We rafted down a mountain river, and it was a real adventure. The water was cold, but the excitement and teamwork did their job. Many thanks to the instructor Ilya for all his advice, everything was very organized, calm, with excellent instructions, without any fuss. Very nice place to stay, friendly host and beautiful surroundings with sauna and a lot of other facilities. Only really hard to find, stay left from river in malybay and go to little village close to the raft servis. From there take a dirt road vissable on google maps, earth.

It is a fact that this business, which is owned by a professional athlete and international coach who is devoted to Rafting sport, trying to give the best with the resources they have in the limited natural conditions in the mountainous area, is trying to give the best with limited resources, even though it is not properly supported by official bodies with state services such as roads, water and electricity...

A great place for active recreation near Almaty. The organizers have improved the infrastructure. Rafting on the Chilik River is organized here. Very experienced instructors. Get a dose of adrenaline and lift your spirits.

Nice location in the mountains, not many hiking possibilities at the site, decent restaurant with terrible service, various fast food shacks. Reception speak some English, some shops selling tourist tack. The place is very crowded - i guess 300+ people during the day. the one toilet black is locked up at night so you have to use the bushes.... People drink heavy and party until dawn, it has very little...

I just finished my 3 days trip with my wife and we had an amazing time. We booked the stay via booking and they didn’t replied our message on the website where we ask to do an early check in as we were landing at 4.00 am. As they didn’t replied we try calling or sending WhatsApp and they didn’t reply as well, so we just went around 8 am and they didn’t seem to notice we even had booked the room, however...

The staff was very nice and available. They offered us their shower as we stayed three days and even though the description said there was a shower no shower was given to us.

The location, room type, service, and breakfast were all good.

I often live here. It's convenient and the price/performance ratio is OK!

Nice place to spend time with family....very peaceful and safe. The only bad experience was the checking of our luggage at the entrance gate and that too with full authority.
