There has been no sanatorium here for a long time. But there is a chic creative space called “NESANATRIUM”. Every Thursday, for example, there are free lectures on a variety of topics.

At the sanatorium, there is a restaurant HAJA NASREDIN. Excellent cuisine, a cozy atmosphere in the halls, and the singing of live birds create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Prices are reasonable. Top notch service.

We recently stayed at Altyn Kargaly for three nights. Our party was a total of 21 with children. Everything was excellent. Staff is helpful and kind, administration great, economical - great restaurant! Great place for a conference or any other hotel need.

We've spent almost a week here. Great experience for me and my daughter. The high number of water procedures, especially the pool with mineral water is the best treatment for your health 💕🙏 The sanatorium has its own mineral tube source. My daughter asks for prolongation. Had a very comfortable stay at Rixos Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, and the environment and location were both great.

An older hotel, which is not a bad thing. Breakfasts were fantastic. Our family had a negative experience with check in, cleanliness and safety in our room, and we had to address these matters with a manager. It’s obvious they need to deal with service quality when they make mistakes and get to a point where safety and customer satisfaction are priority.

I extended my stay for another night, and I must commend the hotel's thoughtfulness. The breakfast was quite good, but because I'm lactose intolerant, I got diarrhea after drinking milk. When I asked if the hotel had any medication, they first checked if I was allergic to it before giving me the medicine. They were very considerate and attentive.

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

Hotels in Almaty are significantly inferior to those in China. The Ritz-Carlton's facilities are roughly equivalent to those of Atour X in China. The service is acceptable, but the breakfast is mediocre and too monotonous; it's not even in the same league as Ritz-Carlton hotels in China.

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.

It was really old and simple. It should be an old version of Hampton by Hilton in China. So the price of more than 1,000 yuan was really not worth it. I changed it decisively the next day.

It was -16 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was only 15 degrees and there was no underfloor heating. The room was too cold. They eventually provided a heater, but I still couldn't sleep well at night. I recommend against staying at this hotel during winter.

It clearly states check-in is after 2 PM, but they forced me to pay for an extra night because I arrived at 12 AM. What's the point? It feels like a scam. And then they demand check-out by 12 PM... The next day, I checked out before 12 PM and requested a refund for that extra day, but they refused to give it.

This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent. It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty.

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Thumbs up. Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is decent, close to Mega, and situated in a quiet residential area. Compared to other hotels in Almaty, the price is relatively cheaper. Now for the negatives: the rooms are very old, giving you a distinct feeling of being transported back to the old Soviet era, 20-30 years ago. Very satisfied! Although it looks a bit dated, it's clean, well-equipped, and has a strong Soviet feel. This is the second hotel I stayed at in Almaty. It's definitely an old-money style hotel. The hotel is located near the Koktobe cable car, which is convenient for getting around. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but it's still quite nice. The past two days have been sunny in Almaty. It's a great start to the new year!

The surroundings are very convenient, and it's easy to get to the airport by calling a Yandex Go taxi. The hotel also offers food, so you can order lunch and dinner.

Apart from the good location, there is nothing good about it. The front desk had a bad attitude. They said they didn't have a charger when I asked to borrow one. The service was terrible and the management was chaotic. The front desk couldn't find my payment record even though I paid there. The next morning, they knocked twice and refused to give me two extra bottles of water without charging me.
