Nice location with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Rooms were too small then the expect but we managed.

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!). This is probably the problem with all resorts that refuse to be updated. The cabins are definitely rundown. We stayed in a villa, one of the most expensive on the island compared to the suites, junior suites, and standard rooms. Nice place to spend time with family....very peaceful and safe. The only bad experience was the checking of our luggage at the entrance gate and that too with full authority.

We arrived from Astana in the morning. Straight into the car and to Kapchagai. There are not many vacationers in Ermina today, but this is only a BIG + for us. After a hard working summer, a quiet and relaxing holiday is a great peace of mind. I recommend. I like it.

Nice relaxation area. You can rent a house with all the amenities, there is a children's pool in the yard, at least there was one in front of our house. It's close to the beach, but the beach is a little rocky.

We rented a house for 6 people from Tatiana. Everything is fine, the house itself is clean, with air conditioning, three rooms, there was enough space for everyone. Sleeping places for 6 can easily fit, three more children + wide beds possible. There is a small pool, the water is filtered, in the evening while the kebab is grilling, take a dip and enjoy)
