The room and bathroom are very clean. The houses are cozy, with all the amenities. The pool is just super. The area is quiet and calm, which is important for a holiday with children.

From the poles: comfortable and equipped rooms. Large swimming pool (a big plus) Minuses:. There is no beach, you need to go around and pay for the neighboring beach, poor lighting

A very nice and pleasant place to relax. Bungalows, umbrellas, clean sand. There's a shallow entry point for children and a deep concrete one for diving from the shore. The prices are more than reasonable

And so, in principle, a good recreation area

It's ridiculous, it's a real "relaxation zone. " On the plus side, the pool and restaurant are decent. And the garden on the grounds

The walls are covered with shabby plastic, flies are flying around, mosquitoes are rare, a mouse ran by, it was awful!!! We asked at reception; they don't kill them on purpose, so they don't stink in the cabins later

They are repelled with a special device that makes noise. The air conditioners seem to be 100 years old; they can hardly be called air conditioners at all; they clicked at night and kept us from sleeping

The beach and reservoir—we couldn't understand why everyone from Almaty comes here to relax, except maybe for the kids to have a fun and safe swim. The hotel is very crowded even on weekdays

The security guards won't let you in or out until you bow to them, tell them who you are and which room you're checking out of. Only after checking will they deign to let you out

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!)

There's a large pool and comfortable lounge chairs. The water is very warm and clean. They use the necessary disinfectants. There's a sauna complex, sports fields, and horses for horseback riding

There would also be a free trampoline for children and some of the complex employees were more polite. Of the minuses: the restrooms behind the pool require repair, the doors in the men's room do not close

Beautiful place with cool pool!

We were there before the pandemic. And on Saturday, 05/21/2022, we returned again with our big and noisy family. We rented a tent with a stool. The kids caught trout, there was no limit to their joy

Drinks, salads, everything was fresh. The administration is great, they improved the territory well, allowed us to bring our own samovar 👍

But fortunately, there are even better restrooms behind the restaurant

We sat sincerely and very comfortably) the house and the territory are like from the picture! On the territory there is a sauna, a swimming pool, a fireplace, a terrace

Very good place for family vacation! Cozy, clean houses. Everything you need can be purchased on site. Very friendly hosts! We like it 🥰

The place is clean and beautiful, has a great bathhouse(banya) and even a Chan (a big hot tub), a few pools and a small river which you can hear whooshing when you fall asleep

We rested yesterday with my family in the A-Frame house. The house has everything you need and even more - bathroom accessories, clean bedding, various utensils, a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the river, and so on

08/28/22 spent my birthday here. Everything was fire! 🔥 The place for events is amazing, and even better if you come with your family or your soulmate! There is everything for this on the territory

Perfect service, clean house, wonderful place for spending time and just chill. If you're looking for calm with your family or friends I really advice you these guest houses

The call button to our eating area didn’t work (although was fixed eventually). I was told that the pool was included in the price, even had this confirmed the day or arrival via WhatsApp but still had to pay

The grandmother kept saying she was in heaven! And the child didn't want to go home at all. We promised to come back in September for the weekend. Everything is very convenient, with a shower after the pool

The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)
