The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

A very cool hotel. The staff too. Always welcoming. Liked the kitchen. I want to say a huge thank you to the waitress Zarina. Served us all the way. Thank you!

Value for money!!! Excellent...

The best solution for an overnight stay! Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍 4000 for a double room with toilet and sink. 5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes.

We were there recently for four days. Pros: We liked the hotel itself. Nice pools. Sauna. The rooms are clean. They clean them every day. Excellent. Cons: 1. The music blares until midnight. Even though we called before booking to ask how long the music lasts, they said, "We're strict." By 10 PM, it's already quiet... 2. The breakfast is the same every day. Porridge with margarine, inedible. And...

We came on a weekday to avoid crowds. However, the line already starts at the checkout, even though there aren't many people there. They search you at the entrance to make sure you don't bring in food or drinks. The recreation area has pools for both adults and children. The children's pools aren't cleaned; there's trash and hair everywhere. The prices are high: shashlik for 4,000 tenge, drinks from...

I want to say that Del Mare is a wonderful recreation area. Today we attended an event welcoming China's Hunan Province. This was my first time seeing the new restaurant; it's nautical-themed. It was good, only drawback is that construction was going on. (It will be done by summer) Staff was really helpful, and they have beautiful pools indoor and outdoor

We spent two days at the recreation area in the city of Konayev. Del_mare_kapchagay #DelMare built a new hotel building. And a restaurant for 140 seats (if banquet seating), a conference will fit more. The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, the linen is snow-white. We had dinner here twice, the value for money is excellent. What we enjoyed even more than the food was the outstanding service. Valera was by far the kindest and friendliest waiter we encountered in Kazakhstan. As a bonus, he speaks good English and is always there to help with questions regarding the Menu (or with a good joke ;))

Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool.
