Hotels in Kapchagay

The hotel no longer exists. All rooms are leased to commercial activities.

An old Soviet hotel 🛎. Nothing you can do about it. The rooms are just for sleeping, reception is on the second floor, some rooms are rented out to offices, like the Yuzhkaz Nedra office, and private bailiffs. There's a sofa 🛋 and a TV near reception. Soviet Union, in short.

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center... Squeaky beds, thin walls... The soundproofing is terrible... Hand towels and used soap are provided, though.

Value for money!!! Excellent...

The best solution for an overnight stay! Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍 4000 for a double room with toilet and sink. 5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes.

Happy summer weekend everyone! I'm not sure this hotel is Or. She is nearby. The staff is courteous, tactful, attentive. The rooms are clean, fresh air, clean bedding, everything for relaxation. I visit not the first time and I am very satisfied. I plan to come with my family, and more than once ...

Try plov and strawberry fruit-drink.

Great getaway in Almaty. One hot drive from the city. Great infrastructure for both business & leisure: swimming pools, kids areas, bars, restaurants, animators. Mini Turkey.

Nice place to relax with the pool, but don't go when they have school boys it's hell no respect for tourists. And food 1

We have stayed 15 days for business purposed. Its the only hotel at Kapchagay for decent service, helpful personel, clean rooms and gentle owner ,I guess. Thanks everbody, göle ton see you next time...

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool with chairs and shade. Unfortunately we didn't get towels. Only russian was spoken at reception, but they were quite helpful. Parking is also easily available. Overall solid hotel given the price.

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

The problem is that hotel is next to the railroad and you can be awakened several times a night by a train sound and whistle. Also raindrops can be too loud on your window. I think all the rooms are for smokers, so you might feel the smell in every room. Other than that it's quite a nice, clean hotel, with normal local food.

We were there recently for four days. Pros: We liked the hotel itself. Nice pools. Sauna. The rooms are clean. They clean them every day. Excellent. Cons: 1. The music blares until midnight. Even though we called before booking to ask how long the music lasts, they said, "We're strict." By 10 PM, it's already quiet... 2. The breakfast is the same every day. Porridge with margarine, inedible. And...

We came on a weekday to avoid crowds. However, the line already starts at the checkout, even though there aren't many people there. They search you at the entrance to make sure you don't bring in food or drinks. The recreation area has pools for both adults and children. The children's pools aren't cleaned; there's trash and hair everywhere. The prices are high: shashlik for 4,000 tenge, drinks from...

I want to say that Del Mare is a wonderful recreation area. Today we attended an event welcoming China's Hunan Province. This was my first time seeing the new restaurant; it's nautical-themed. Beautiful, cozy, and, of course, delicious. Excellent service. Excellent organization of events of any type. Both the restaurant and the hotel are great for a wedding. A walk along the shore of the Kapchagay...

It was good, only drawback is that construction was going on. (It will be done by summer) Staff was really helpful, and they have beautiful pools indoor and outdoor

We spent two days at the recreation area in the city of Konayev. Del_mare_kapchagay #DelMare built a new hotel building. And a restaurant for 140 seats (if banquet seating), a conference will fit more. The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, the linen is snow-white. There are shampoo and brushes in the bathrooms. Clean! The bathhouse is a song! A large steam room with a font, the steam...

We had dinner here twice, the value for money is excellent. What we enjoyed even more than the food was the outstanding service. Valera was by far the kindest and friendliest waiter we encountered in Kazakhstan. As a bonus, he speaks good English and is always there to help with questions regarding the Menu (or with a good joke ;))

The daytime admission price includes use of umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, a barbecue area, and restrooms, which we were very pleased about! Besides the beach, there are also swimming pools and a separate, huge children's pool (also included in the entrance fee). And, of course, you can bring any food and drinks you like. We had a great time and, like true city dwellers, of course, got a...

You get what you pay for. It's a chilled vibe. I look forward to going back in peak season, to experience the resort at its finest.

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.

The place is very clean. We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake. One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage.

I highly recommend Hotel 7. It's spotlessly clean, incredibly tranquil, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay exceptional. The well-stocked communal kitchen and spacious pool added to the overall charm of the place.

The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it. The owner is a very nice and friendly man! We enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend 👌🏻

Arman 会说中文! We came here because another hotel was not quite up to our expectation. The location is a 30 second stroll to the beach, rooms have new towels and well maintained facilities. Vibe is more chilled and service has been great for us. Spasibo to Arman and family.

The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)

A top place in Konayevo. The owner and administrator are great. Everything is clear, honest, and professional. They care about your stay, and everything is sincere. I never expected it to be so good.

Excellent recreation area for a quiet family holiday, polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and swimming pools, there is everything you need for convenience. Own parking guarded closed area. There are several pools: regular, with sea salt, children's, jacuzzi, font. There is a sauna (electric), by the way, very convenient, no smoke, opposite the sauna is a font with ice water! Opposite each room there...

Good morning everyone! We returned from vacation yesterday. Many thanks to the owner, Arif, and the staff. We traveled with our child and grandmother (almost 70 years old). The grandmother kept saying she was in heaven! And the child didn't want to go home at all. We promised to come back in September for the weekend. Everything is very convenient, with a shower after the pool. The water is hot everywhere...

Very good combination of price and quality, friendly staff, clean well-groomed area. The shore is nearby, the beach is sand. In general, everything is great 😊

Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool. There are all the amenities for families with children and parents, if you wish, you can go to the Kapchagaysky beach. Inside there are sun loungers, tables, kitchen, gazebos. Highly recommend!

We spent two nights at the base, on August 30 and 31. We pitched our tent wherever we liked. The beach is sandy and gently sloping, so if you are traveling with children, you can rest easy. There are small gazebos with tables on the shore. They are rented out for a whole day, not expensive. Every evening we saw guys driving by in a car with a trailer and cleaning up some garbage. Although they give...

A great spot for both fishing and swimming. Kapchagay is on one side, and a small lake on the other. Clean! Sandy! Inexpensive!

Hi everyone! I haven't been here in a while, but I returned yesterday after spending three days. I've seen big improvements. There are now cabins for vacationers, but not all of them are in use yet. There are now proper restrooms and trash cans. The area is almost clean. There are a lot of vacationers on weekends. There are changing rooms on the beach. The "sea" here is shallow, but there's plenty...

Lots of dead fish along the shore for 2 days crucian carp and asp fry and nothing else caught. Well, maybe the weather was bad. Overall, it's clean and quiet.

It's hard to be objective. We really liked it. It's clean, and somehow soulful, and cozy, and we caught some fish, and what a night view there is ))) But there are downsides of course: It's a bit far, of course, the road is not for every car, if you want to swim, then the beach is not a kilometer away, of course, but 300 meters for sure... And the most important thing for me personally, they don't...

The rooms are cozy! The pool is awesome! It's just a pity that you have to pay for the beach

Cool relaxation area. From the poles: comfortable and equipped rooms. Toilet and showers are good. Air conditioning in the room. Refrigerator and TV. Large swimming pool (a big plus) Minuses:. There is no beach, you need to go around and pay for the neighboring beach, poor lighting. And so, in principle, a good recreation area.

The room and bathroom are very clean. The houses are cozy, with all the amenities. The pool is just super. The area is quiet and calm, which is important for a holiday with children.

A very nice and pleasant place to relax. There aren't many people. Bungalows, umbrellas, clean sand. There's a shallow entry point for children and a deep concrete one for diving from the shore. The water is crystal clear. The prices are more than reasonable. We were very satisfied.

We arrived from Astana in the morning. Straight into the car and to Kapchagai. There are not many vacationers in Ermina today, but this is only a BIG + for us. After a hard working summer, a quiet and relaxing holiday is a great peace of mind. I recommend. I like it.

Ermin this recreation area consists of two parts - with a new large building and a pier (due to the reduced amount of water it is no longer possible to dive from it) perhaps updated photos of what is here is of this particular building. The second part is 4-5 cottages (I actually posted their photos inside) Cost per bed 4500 tenge (in the 2nd part) The cottage has about three rooms (with 2-3 beds each...

Nice relaxation area. You can rent a house with all the amenities, there is a children's pool in the yard, at least there was one in front of our house. It's close to the beach, but the beach is a little rocky.

We rented a house for 6 people from Tatiana. Everything is fine, the house itself is clean, with air conditioning, three rooms, there was enough space for everyone. Sleeping places for 6 can easily fit, three more children + wide beds possible. There is a small pool, the water is filtered, in the evening while the kebab is grilling, take a dip and enjoy)

A lovely place to stay with a great pool.

Clean pool, friendly receptionists. Thanks, ladies. I took off a point for the unappetizing food. The cafe smells of burnt oil; if the food was top-notch, there'd be tons of customers.

A very pleasant recreation center. Clean pools. Very good cuisine.

I stayed here several times in 2019, and everything was excellent, including the service, the rooms, the kitchen, and the bar. In 2021, the kitchen has deteriorated, there's no hookah, there's only one outlet in the room, and it's only a little high up, there's no mirror in the bathroom, the shower drains slowly, but the bed is clean, the pool is clean, and the grounds are spotless. Overall, it's a...

What I didn't like was the dirty rooms. They only asked me 30 minutes after checking in if they'd clean the room. Second, there was no soap, so if you're traveling, bring your own. The room was stuffy. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. It's best not to go with children, as they can swim in the pool until the early hours, with people screaming...

Nice location with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Rooms were too small then the expect but we managed.

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!). The beach and reservoir—we couldn't understand why everyone from Almaty comes here to relax, except maybe for the kids to have a fun and safe swim. The hotel is very crowded even on weekdays. The security guards won't let you...

This is probably the problem with all resorts that refuse to be updated. The cabins are definitely rundown. We stayed in a villa, one of the most expensive on the island compared to the suites, junior suites, and standard rooms. The walls are covered with shabby plastic, flies are flying around, mosquitoes are rare, a mouse ran by, it was awful!!! We asked at reception; they don't kill them on purpose...

Nice recreation area, well-groomed area, clean beach, perfect sand on the beach. This year there are many small frogs on the territory, apparently from the neighboring swamp. The rooms are already tired in places, it would not hurt to freshen up the repair. Everything else is great. For a large company, the villa is an ideal option. The rooms have TVs and air conditioners (in the suite and the villa...

Hello everybody! Rested from 13-14 May 2021. We liked everything very much, rested with family and relatives. If you want to have a good time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend it. There is good parking, a children's entertainment area, a swimming pool and, most importantly, a cozy atmosphere of a beautiful landscape. There is a separate area for cooking: barbecue, pilaf...

A huge thank you to the entire staff. The energy at Picnic Park is simply amazing. Everyone is responsive, kind, and always quick to respond to any request. The restaurant is 5-star. The food is delicious. The grounds are clean and lush. There are two swimming pools: a small one and a large one with slides. The kids had a great time. The rooms are clean and odor-free. Everything is top-notch. We saw...

The rooms are like a house of cards, you can hear everything down to the smallest detail. Cleanliness is 4-. The room has an icy floor, nothing is laid. High humidity, linen does not dry well. The food and service are super!!! The territory is clean. I did not like the music in the evening, it is too loud for those who sit far away and dance nearby. The repertoire is so-so, a lot with swearing, considering...

We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. Booked a deluxe room just to spend the night, ended up staying another day. I really liked the food, the prices are slightly above average, but really tasty. Cocktails were prepared with intelligence and the right recipe. The room is simple, no frills, but has everything you need. The terrace is just a delight, in the evening it is a pleasure to enjoy...

I liked it very much. Although we are fans of a completely different format of recreation. We thought that we would walk, swim in Kapchagay, and at the hotel we would only throw things. But the reservoir did not catch on, the water left for 50 meters, as small as you go and algae. We have not been here before and we do not know whether the reservoir is always like this or is it some kind of seasonal...

We were delighted with the recreation area. By the way, they are one of the few recreation areas who have not yet closed and 99% had everything on the menu. Very polite and friendly staff. The kitchen is just a delight! Everything is delicious! Serving 🔥Clean pool. Comfortable sun loungers. There is a children's pool and playground. I came to them and did not regret anything and had a great time last...

Pretty good. Well-groomed territory, friendly staff, a good menu and a range of drinks at the bar! You can rent a separate gazebo, as well as rent a cauldron and barbecue if you want to cook food from the products you brought with you. All payments on site are made from a wireless wristband, to which a deposit is paid in advance at the hotel. The pools are monitored, cleaned every morning and kept...
