An old Soviet hotel 🛎. Nothing you can do about it. The rooms are just for sleeping, reception is on the second floor, some rooms are rented out to offices, like the Yuzhkaz Nedra office, and private bailiffs. There's a sofa 🛋 and a TV near reception. Soviet Union, in short.

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center... Squeaky beds, thin walls... The soundproofing is terrible... Hand towels and used soap are provided, though.

The best solution for an overnight stay! Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍 4000 for a double room with toilet and sink. 5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes.

We have stayed 15 days for business purposed. Its the only hotel at Kapchagay for decent service, helpful personel, clean rooms and gentle owner ,I guess. Thanks everbody, göle ton see you next time...

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool with chairs and shade. Unfortunately we didn't get towels. Only russian was spoken at reception, but they were quite helpful. Parking is also easily available. Overall solid hotel given the price.

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

The problem is that hotel is next to the railroad and you can be awakened several times a night by a train sound and whistle. Also raindrops can be too loud on your window. I think all the rooms are for smokers, so you might feel the smell in every room. Other than that it's quite a nice, clean hotel, with normal local food.

We were there recently for four days. Pros: We liked the hotel itself. Nice pools. Sauna. The rooms are clean. They clean them every day. Excellent. Cons: 1. The music blares until midnight. Even though we called before booking to ask how long the music lasts, they said, "We're strict." By 10 PM, it's already quiet... 2. The breakfast is the same every day. Porridge with margarine, inedible. And...

We came on a weekday to avoid crowds. However, the line already starts at the checkout, even though there aren't many people there. They search you at the entrance to make sure you don't bring in food or drinks. The recreation area has pools for both adults and children. The children's pools aren't cleaned; there's trash and hair everywhere. The prices are high: shashlik for 4,000 tenge, drinks from...

I want to say that Del Mare is a wonderful recreation area. Today we attended an event welcoming China's Hunan Province. This was my first time seeing the new restaurant; it's nautical-themed. We spent two days at the recreation area in the city of Konayev. Del_mare_kapchagay #DelMare built a new hotel building. And a restaurant for 140 seats (if banquet seating), a conference will fit more. The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, the linen is snow-white. There are shampoo and brushes in the bathrooms. Clean! The bathhouse is a song! A large steam room with a font, the steam...

We had dinner here twice, the value for money is excellent. What we enjoyed even more than the food was the outstanding service. Valera was by far the kindest and friendliest waiter we encountered in Kazakhstan. As a bonus, he speaks good English and is always there to help with questions regarding the Menu (or with a good joke ;))

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.

The place is very clean. We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake. One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage.

I highly recommend Hotel 7. It's spotlessly clean, incredibly tranquil, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay exceptional. The well-stocked communal kitchen and spacious pool added to the overall charm of the place.

The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it. The owner is a very nice and friendly man! We enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend 👌🏻

Arman 会说中文! We came here because another hotel was not quite up to our expectation. The location is a 30 second stroll to the beach, rooms have new towels and well maintained facilities. Vibe is more chilled and service has been great for us. Spasibo to Arman and family.

Nice location with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Rooms were too small then the expect but we managed.

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!). The beach and reservoir—we couldn't understand why everyone from Almaty comes here to relax, except maybe for the kids to have a fun and safe swim. The hotel is very crowded even on weekdays. The security guards won't let you...

This is probably the problem with all resorts that refuse to be updated. The cabins are definitely rundown. We stayed in a villa, one of the most expensive on the island compared to the suites, junior suites, and standard rooms. The walls are covered with shabby plastic, flies are flying around, mosquitoes are rare, a mouse ran by, it was awful!!! We asked at reception; they don't kill them on purpose...

The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)

A top place in Konayevo. The owner and administrator are great. Everything is clear, honest, and professional. They care about your stay, and everything is sincere. I never expected it to be so good.

Good morning everyone! We returned from vacation yesterday. Many thanks to the owner, Arif, and the staff. We traveled with our child and grandmother (almost 70 years old). Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool.
