Malibu Guest House in Kapchagay

The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)

The owner and administrator are great. Everything is clear, honest, and professional. They care about your stay, and everything is sincere.

Excellent recreation area for a quiet family holiday, polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and swimming pools, there is everything you need for convenience. Own parking guarded closed area. There are several pools: regular, with sea salt, children's, jacuzzi, font. There is a sauna (electric), by the way, very convenient, no smoke, opposite the sauna is a font with ice water! Opposite each room there is a terrace with a table, there is a barbecue, gazebos. There are awnings everywhere, greenery, trees, flowers all around. There is a large selection of rooms, all have air conditioning, a bathroom, a shower. There are volleyball and basketball courts, a self-service kitchen. If desired, if you forgot something at home, a chain of stores is available. There is a good karaoke nearby, this is for those who are bored in the evening. Wi-Fi with a relatively good signal. In general, I recommend it to everyone, even to very demanding vacationers!!!

Good morning everyone! We returned from vacation yesterday. Many thanks to the owner, Arif, and the staff. We traveled with our child and grandmother (almost 70 years old). The grandmother kept saying she was in heaven! And the child didn't want to go home at all. We promised to come back in September for the weekend. Everything is very convenient, with a shower after the pool. The water is hot everywhere, whether you wash dishes or do it yourself. The pools are warm and clean. There's something for every taste. Children's, salt, and fresh. A relaxing family vacation. There are two downsides, in my opinion. A mosquito net on the door would be nice, because the doors are open during relaxation, and flies and mosquitoes fly in. And for those who want extra pillows, we were asked, of course, we were embarrassed. The pillows are flat, and it's not comfortable to sleep. I highly recommend it to all my friends!

Very good combination of price and quality, friendly staff, clean well-groomed area. The shore is nearby, the beach is sand. In general, everything is great 😊

Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool. There are all the amenities for families with children and parents, if you wish, you can go to the Kapchagaysky beach. Inside there are sun loungers, tables, kitchen, gazebos. Highly recommend!

Very well maintained area, clean pools. Family vacation without night discos. One problem: there are no conders in the rooms. But the owner promised to deliver it next year. We could barely sleep without konder on the first night, but we were lucky the rest, it became cool outside, and slept better. There are fans in the rooms, but on the first night they didn't help either. The windows have mesh, but they are not enough, there is only one window in the room.

An excellent area for families with children. There is a convenient children's pool. Polite and helpful staff. The beach is not far away. You can order room service, prices are adequate. Shared kitchen, dishes, barbecue, tennis table. We liked. Cozy, calm!
