5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center. The soundproofing is terrible

The best solution for an overnight stay! Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍 4000 for a double room with toilet and sink

The legendary hotel, the memory of my youth for centuries connected with it. The beautiful architecture is unspoiled, thanks to the owners for keeping this up

I visit not the first time and I am very satisfied. I plan to come with my family, and more than once

Nice pool with chairs and shade. Unfortunately we didn't get towels. Only russian was spoken at reception, but they were quite helpful. Parking is also easily available. Overall solid hotel given the price

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

Nice place to relax with the pool,but don't go when they have school boys it's hell no respect for tourists. And food 1

We have stayed 15 days for business purposed. Its the only hotel at Kapchagay for decent service, helpful personel, clean rooms and gentle owner ,I guess. Thanks everbody, göle ton see you next time...

It was good, only drawback is that construction was going on. (It will be done by summer) Staff was really helpful, and they have beautiful pools indoor and outdoor

We were there recently for four days. Pros: We liked the hotel itself. The music blares until midnight. Even though we called before booking to ask how long the music lasts, they said, "We're strict

" By 10 PM, it's already quiet. The breakfast is the same every day. Porridge with margarine, inedible. And for the main course, fried eggs with sausage. You can't bring anything into your room

I said I'd bring all the cutlery myself and everything would be fine. I asked for water, but they forgot. Overall, I give the hotel itself 4 stars. Everything is beautifully done and well-made

A VIP room costs 120,000 tenge per night. 5-liter glass of beer (local) at the bar with service charge is 5,000 tenge. Considering the cost of the stay, room service could have been an option

The service definitely needs to be improved. It's understandable that you want to make as much money as possible during the season, but it's important to live up to the standard!

The daytime admission price includes use of umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, a barbecue area, and restrooms, which we were very pleased about! Besides the beach, there are also swimming pools and a separate, huge children's pool (also included in the entrance fee)

And, of course, you can bring any food and drinks you like. We had a great time and, like true city dwellers, of course, got a sunburn! We'll be visiting often from now on!

You get what you pay for. It's a chilled vibe. I look forward to going back in peak season, to experience the resort at its finest.

We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake

It's spotlessly clean, incredibly tranquil, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay exceptional. The well-stocked communal kitchen and spacious pool added to the overall charm of the place

Arman 会说中文! We came here because another hotel was not quite up to our expectation. The location is a 30 second stroll to the beach, rooms have new towels and well maintained facilities

The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.

One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage

It's ridiculous, it's a real "relaxation zone. " On the plus side, the pool and restaurant are decent. And the garden on the grounds

The walls are covered with shabby plastic, flies are flying around, mosquitoes are rare, a mouse ran by, it was awful!!! We asked at reception; they don't kill them on purpose, so they don't stink in the cabins later

They are repelled with a special device that makes noise. The air conditioners seem to be 100 years old; they can hardly be called air conditioners at all; they clicked at night and kept us from sleeping

The beach and reservoir—we couldn't understand why everyone from Almaty comes here to relax, except maybe for the kids to have a fun and safe swim. The hotel is very crowded even on weekdays

The security guards won't let you in or out until you bow to them, tell them who you are and which room you're checking out of. Only after checking will they deign to let you out

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!)

Excellent recreation area for a quiet family holiday, polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and swimming pools, there is everything you need for convenience. Own parking guarded closed area

There are several pools: regular, with sea salt, children's, jacuzzi, font

The grandmother kept saying she was in heaven! And the child didn't want to go home at all. We promised to come back in September for the weekend. Everything is very convenient, with a shower after the pool

The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)

An excellent area for families with children. There is a convenient children's pool. You can order room service, prices are adequate. Shared kitchen, dishes, barbecue, tennis table

Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool
