The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.

The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes

A VIP room costs 120,000 tenge per night. 5-liter glass of beer (local) at the bar with service charge is 5,000 tenge. Considering the cost of the stay, room service could have been an option

The service definitely needs to be improved. It's understandable that you want to make as much money as possible during the season, but it's important to live up to the standard!

Great getaway in Almaty. One hot drive from the city. Great infrastructure for both business & leisure: swimming pools, kids areas, bars, restaurants, animators. Mini Turkey.

Try plov and strawberry fruit-drink.

We used the pool and beach and also had free breakfast. The breakfast limited- sandwiched, porridge,omelette, eggs, pancakes, tea and coffee. The beach area was small, San and plenty of loungers

Nice resort. The pool is a little bit smallest instead the picture. Sand is on the beach. However, small stones are near the water.

The pool was nice, the bar is good, the food was way better than we expected it to be, our Russian is terrible and they tried really hard to communicate with us

There was only one waiter who spoke English and he saw to us the whole time we were there. We arrived bat 10 am and the Receptionist was happy to have us leave our bags and make use of the hotel facilities

You can also rent a boat or jet skis. This place offers a day rate as well, where you can make use of a their facilities. This was a wonderful place to relax and de-stress. As I said, excellent service!!

Very cool recreation center! We were here a few years ago, came today and I will say that it has become even better!! The trees have grown and provide good shade! The beach is clean, the exit to the beach is a little with pebbles, and then clean sand, the depth is gradual! There is a swimming pool on the territory! The kitchen is normal!!! This is our eighth year of vacationing here! The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery! The children's and adult pools are the perfect temperature and have very clean, chlorine-free water! There are all the amenities for relaxation—basketball, soccer, and volleyball courts, barbecue grills, and simple but clean rooms with air conditioning and refrigerators

The waiters are great, they were very polite, service is fast. I liked the pool, there is one for adults and one for children, the water temperature is just right
