There are awnings everywhere, greenery, trees, flowers all around. There is a large selection of rooms, all have air conditioning, a bathroom, a shower. There are volleyball and basketball courts, a self-service kitchen
The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. The resort is really cool, with lots of activities, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, which was far too short. Great place! :-)
A top place in Konayevo.
The owner and administrator are great. Everything is clear, honest, and professional. They care about your stay, and everything is sincere.
I never expected it to be so good.
There is a sauna (electric), by the way, very convenient, no smoke, opposite the sauna is a font with ice water! Opposite each room there is a terrace with a table, there is a barbecue, gazebos
If desired, if you forgot something at home, a chain of stores is available. There is a good karaoke nearby, this is for those who are bored in the evening. Wi-Fi with a relatively good signal
Excellent recreation area for a quiet family holiday, polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and swimming pools, there is everything you need for convenience. Own parking guarded closed area

The rooms are just for sleeping, reception is on the second floor, some rooms are rented out to offices, like the Yuzhkaz Nedra office, and private bailiffs. There's a sofa 🛋 and a TV near reception

The rooms are like a house of cards, you can hear everything down to the smallest detail. The room has an icy floor, nothing is laid. High humidity, linen does not dry well
It's clear they put their heart and soul into it. We went to the foam party, and it was on a Wednesday. The children, aged 5-7, were literally up to their necks in foam. The disco in the evening was fantastic
We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. Booked a deluxe room just to spend the night, ended up staying another day. I really liked the food, the prices are slightly above average, but really tasty
We even forgot there was no beach nearby. Bottom line: we'll be back again and again. The kids are already asking when we can come again. I highly recommend this place. The owner is definitely a great guy

The daytime admission price includes use of umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, a barbecue area, and restrooms, which we were very pleased about! Besides the beach, there are also swimming pools and a separate, huge children's pool (also included in the entrance fee)
And, of course, you can bring any food and drinks you like. We had a great time and, like true city dwellers, of course, got a sunburn! We'll be visiting often from now on!
You get what you pay for. It's a chilled vibe. I look forward to going back in peak season, to experience the resort at its finest.

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.
We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake
It's spotlessly clean, incredibly tranquil, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay exceptional. The well-stocked communal kitchen and spacious pool added to the overall charm of the place
Arman 会说中文! We came here because another hotel was not quite up to our expectation. The location is a 30 second stroll to the beach, rooms have new towels and well maintained facilities
One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage
The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it
