Cons: There are no double beds (they're just two semi-twin beds pushed together, so you constantly fall into the hole between them); the staff service is a 3 out of 10 (you constantly have to ask and insist on everything); the hotel's location is terrible, right on the roadway; the sound between the rooms and the hallway is terrible! (You won't be able to spend the night with your young wife); there...

During the night of 15 thousand, + breakfast. Give a bathrobe, towel and slippers. They say that you can have lunch and dinner at the bar on the first floor, but they said that ordering a hookah is mandatory

Pros: The hotel is new and clean; there's a full bathroom; the room is spacious; there's internet; the TV is decent (42" diagonal)

I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved

What a fantastic hotel! The decor is classic European and American. I heard it cost $700 a night over a decade ago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms have river views

Helpful staff and good breakfast. Due to recent unrest they completely stopped visitors from entering the hotel, so if u want to catch up with people not staying in the hotel, will need to make alternative arrangements

The interior is discreetly cozy, the service is unobtrusive. For a 5-7 day stay in the city, it is suitable like no other hotel in Atyrau, considering that others are much lower in the number of stars

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to restaurants and attractions. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure!

Cozy hotel with apartment rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. There is everything, even a washing machine

To my surprise, Andrey and Maga, hotel operation Managers came to my room to give a hand with my luggage. I had a feeling of care, security, safety and comfort, shortly I felt home away from home

The rooms are mediocre, at these prices there are better hotels. 5000 Tg per day, lunch, Breakfast free, but it is a nice bonus, sauna free of charge.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor

Water pressure up there is usually poor and some rooms have no windows, only skylight windows. Food is usually good and a good selection for breakfast

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

The rooms are superb, more of a small comfortable apartment with a very adequate kitchen space , small dining table for two , a lovely open plan living room with 50” tv & a spacious bedroom with lots of storage space

Everything was clean and neat. The rooms are well furnished and have a good size. Air conditioning works perfect. The breakfast was great, there is something for everyone. Free parking on a guarded parking lot

Big king size bed & very comfortable!! The bathroom is just as nice. The hote supply you with lots of toiletries. The gym sauna swimming pool & steam room are excellent & only a 2 minute walk away

The main thing is clean and dry, not cold. The bathroom has minimal conditions, but there is an odd smell. There is a good view from the windows. Special thanks for the disposable toiletries

Polite, friendly, explain how to get to the address in the city. They contacted me and informed me about this. I picked it up a month later, everything was safe and sound

The area is clean, well-groomed, cafe and shop, dining room. The hotel is inhabited mainly by shift workers, so it is noisy at night, people smoke in the rooms, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night

Great place to stay for a holiday. On the 7th floor, i stayed at a 2-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. I really appreciated the comfort and quality

I had a kitchen with real stoves and an oven to cook and bake if I wanted too. The room (apartment type) had balconies - one accessible from the bedroom and another one from the living room

Some rooms have kitchen, additional room, washing machine/iron, room height is amazing. You can go pool and sauna. Receptionists are know English.

Moreover, free Internet and access to Spa were as a cherry on the top of the cake. All this was just for 40 euro per night, including a breakfast

The bed is comfortable but the door is not sound proof , you could wake up from the noise of housekeepers who talk so loud in the corridors and video call their kids. The toilet had sewer smell

I chose the hotel a few hours before arrival in Atyrau. I chose based on the price, since I was traveling alone without a family and the requirements for the conditions were minimal

Pros: The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers (reusable), 2 towels, hairdryer. The room is very warm, heat regulated. Only delivery from a cafe across the street

if you need a quick cheap stay close to good restaurants, the place is right. But you get what you pay for and that is: smoke smelling rooms, relatively clean, not so cozy bathrooms

But good thing is there is no fixed check out time. I checked in evening, paid for 24 hours stay and stayed till evening next day

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.

For breakfast they let you order egg dishes which are very tasty. The rest of the buffet consists of a couple of cereals, boiled eggs, toast (with toaster) pastries and cold sliced meat

Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for some reason

Good apartment all services are good. Helful staff friendly receptionist guided me to my room door. But no complementary drinks in room

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable

I stayed at the New Chagala for 4 nights and I found the staff, rooms and food all to be great. Staff were really polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay

Cleanliness and services are perfect and also very nearby to Super Market, Mall, you can buy your drinks, dry fruits, fruits or anything from supermarket. just 2 minutes walking distance from it

Reasonable prize. The Manager arranged a taxi for me to explore. Chef accommodated my food preferences & the Indian menu was excellent & unexpected in a provincial city.

only one negative things,I feel is no separate smoking rooms are available, you have to come out from your room to degineted smoking zone for smoking

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

A very basic 2⭐ hotel, but absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and willing to help in any situation.

The hotel is located on the river bank. The room has 2 beds, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a shower, a toilet, a TV, air conditioning, WiFi. The room is suitable for a business trip or to hang out for a while

If you are looking for a romantic trip, then this is not your option. The price for September 2022 is 15,000 tenge for a 2-bed room. The staff is excellent, responsive

We were in this hotel in transit. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard even when someone just sneezes (. The price is reasonable and relatively clean

For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

We go there on Sunday mornings for yago. Nice and quiet. The yago room has a nice large area.

I arrived in Atyrau and the plane was 14 hours away. There was a cozy, modern hotel nearby. The room has everything you need to relax, wash, sleep, and spend your leisure time. Very attentive staff.

Today I stopped by the Diar hotel at the oil processing plant, as always everything is at the highest level. My favorite receptionist named Inga was delighted
