The room is too small. I couldn't open my luggage or work in the room. For one night ok.

Dear Managers, why the reception members do want to speak in Qazaq? Is it Qazaqstan or Russia? even the qazaq staff doesnot want to speak in qazaq.i call once, and start a dialog in Qazaq, that is what i heard: please, speak in Russian, i dont understand?! Whaat?, isnot Infiniti hotel is a hotel? You got international quests. SO, WHY PERSONNEL DO NOT SPEAK IN QAZAQ. I visit a week ago, if there werent a change of crew, these Girls were qazaq. Or management strictly prohibit to speak in Qazaq language?!IT IS DISGUSTING.
