i loved my quaint lil room with a balcony where i could sit and have a bit of a selfie fest..lol..close proximity to everything..mall food ..shoops..perfect for business on work projects just a good nights rest..the beds are amazing..comfy soft..

Rooms are very old looking, conditioner is noisy, breakfast is the worst I have ever seen. Very cheap cheese almost no fruit, tasteless, need to ask for coffee, only hot water. I do not want to comment anymore. It is really toooooo baddddd

Breakfast is a disaster, every day i stayed (5 days) . No plates, no cups, dirty utensils, no tea , no coffee, just water and remajnder of juice. Utter disgrace.

The hotel is quiet, clean, a good request. It would be great if you could write your notes on the wall, menu, etc. in Kazakh.

Beluga is a new Hotel it is good for a Hotrl in Kazakhstan Wifi is not good the Breakfast needs to be more updated no Bacon ore scrambled eggs
