I highly recommend you are careful booking with this hotel. They refused to change my covers and provide towels for 3 days. When I left and they were dirty they tried to strong arm me and sauly you signed a contract to pay 50% of the stay amount. The pillow covers were dirty and told me it need professional cleaning. They also refused to kill a big bug in the 3rd floor leading to my room. They told me it was dead. The next day i asked another employee to kill it because i had infsnts with me and I was scared it bites a child. They refused to give me water. I offered to pay but they said they didnt have change for 10,000 bill. I told them id pay tomorrow when I exchange and refused. WATER! A BOTTLE OF WATER! THEY ACCEPT TO TAKE 10K BILL FOR 300 TENGE PRICE BUT DONT ACCEPT I BRING IT THE NEXT DAY. they refused me nee covers and blankets and said the hotel didnt have any and they were full when the hotel was empty. I recommend you stay away if you want to live comfortably for your stay.

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Rooms are adequate. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well. Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for some reason. For breakfast they let you order egg dishes which are very tasty. The rest of the buffet consists of a couple of cereals, boiled eggs, toast (with toaster) pastries and cold sliced meat. Coffee is decent.

The room price is not comparable to the service and room quality overall. Water leaks in the shower, bed is well-worn, and blanket is ragged. If you are checking out before 6 am, you will have a boiled egg, a piece of bread and cheese with a cup of tea.

Fit for purpose. Simple and clean if you are transferring aircraft. Not a holiday resort and not very close to the city for business. Used mostly by oil companies for crew change.

Very old hotel. My last stay was in room 205. The windows aren't sealed properly, it was cold in the room during winter. The shower is terrible (see photo). The only advantage from this hotel is that the airport is within walking distance.

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.
