This place is like being in Germany in the 70s. It has staff that dont care, and carnt even do a basic service to housekeeping. Lost washing, bed changes with no replacement linen. When it rains the lift fills with water from the roof of the lift. Food is very very basic at there best. And the balcony's are dagerous to say the least. Over all goto another hotel that cares. (Infinity Plaza).

It looks like a beautiful hotel from the outside. But inside it's like a house of horrors. The unsanitary conditions are terrible. It blows from every crack in the glass. It's so cold you can get sick. The service is terrible. Everything is terrible here. The ISKER company quarantined us. They felt sorry for the money.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The windows do not close tightly when the wind blows strongly and it is cold. The furniture is old. Dust. The roof is leaking on the 6th floor. There is no WiFi on the 6th floor. The TV shows 1 channel and then with interference. Breakfast is minimal, no choice. The only plus is the smile of the girl at the reception. 1 star only because of her!

Checked in late at night and initially thought my company had made a mistake as it seemed like a hostel not hotel. Tried after a long days travelling I just wanted to sleep. The noise of doors been slammed, shouting and parties kept me awake most of the night.

That was not the worst part though as he room was bloody freezing with no additional blankets.

Food had a choice of this is what is cooked, eat it or don’t. No other choice. WiFi was promised every day I stayed but never did get it.
