We stayed here for one night with my husband and two kids. The room setup was convenient — my husband and I had a bed, and there was a pull-out couch for the kids, which worked well for our family.
Starting with the positives: the service was excellent, and the breakfast was truly amazing — one of the best parts of our stay.
However, the room itself left much to be desired. While the bathroom appeared to be recently updated, the bedroom felt very outdated and dusty. You could actually smell the dust in the air, and it seemed to be clinging to the old curtains and carpet. When I opened the shades, I could see dust particles floating everywhere, which was unsettling. We also noticed some bugs in the room, and the bedsheets were slightly torn.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again overnight. That said, I would absolutely return just for the breakfast if it’s available as a paid option.

I don’t know who maick this one is a four star five star hotel what a pathetic hotel terrible no steam room are quite old. Corridor is a noisy very bad one star two star hotel please make sure when you come thank you.

Fantastic hotel with lots of really cool history. Staff were lovely, room was really nice, and price was very reasonable.

Been staying in this hotel for last 5 years when visiting city for work and nothing ever changed. Rooms are obsolete but most importantly hotel really lacks renovation overall. Especially their AC systems. It had been extremely hot anywhere I go, starting from my room and even in their own gym.
Probably not best option to stay if you prefer more comfortable living.

Stayed for 7 days on business. The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Very good wifi connection. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable. The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved. The rooms are relatively small but big enough, clean and comfy. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker 😱. Room service was always prompt in coming to the rescue getting me my caffeine fix ☕️. I really enjoyed going to the indoor pool and sauna. On the way there’s amazing art 🖼️ work displayed. Also, a grand piano in the lobby for guests made for some soothing sounds 🎶 ☺️. Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly.

Our first time in Kazakhstan for business. The food staff, front desk personnel are wonderful. If we needed something they took care to see we were taken care of. Met managers and again very helpful. Thank you all for a comfortable 22 night stay.

Room was clean but very basic with heater that was maybe little bit too small for room. Service in hotel is ok but quite slow. Breakfast simple and quite heavily in unhealthy side. Very difficult to eat healthy in morning. Car parking was available for free.
