I don't know, maybe I was unlucky, but the rooms are shabby. The first room they showed me smelled of smoke, and I stayed in the second one for one night. It was dirty, everything was broken, and everything was of poor quality. I don't recommend staying there. There's no sign, no reception, and you have to carry your key with you. There are no services whatsoever. The towels were from another hotel, made of tangerine. I still don't understand why I stayed there; I should have left right away. The only plus is the manager, Raikhan, who greeted me; I have no complaints about her.

The place is a dump. It stinks, there are cockroaches. It's completely unsanitary. I don't recommend it. You get what you pay for. The sea nearby stinks. It's better to spend money and rent an apartment.

Not very clean. Difficult to find.
However, they did respond quickly.
A bit run-down. But cheap for a night's rest after a night at the airport. Space to store bicycles in the room.

Great location, close to the sea, all rooms on the ground floor, which is important with suitcases. Within 100 meters there's an excellent Russian banya, a large supermarket, an inexpensive and delicious restaurant, and convenient bus stops for all city buses: 2, 3 on the sea side and 2, 5, and 107 on the other side of the microdistrict. Beaches, a rocky trail, and an amusement park are all within a 7-10-minute walk. Highly recommended.

The carpet was really, really dirty, the sofas were full of holes, the microwave didn't heat up, the ceiling was covered in cobwebs, the door was a nightmare, there were holes in the walls, the plumbing was terrible, and the toilet seat wasn't secure. We were there for the first time and filmed it.
It was a nightmare. There were two plates, two spoons, a knife, no dull board, no salt, so we had to ask for everything we needed. And the manager was completely drunk. Who drinks on the job?! WE WON'T COME AGAIN!
