great location to stay in Aktau and affordable, friendly. it looks modern

The hotel's main advantage is its location. It's practically the only hotel in Aktau with a direct view of the sea and direct access to the cliff path. The inflated price is due precisely to the location.
The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable. Water is always available. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; one day they even served sturgeon for breakfast.
Upon arrival, we discovered a clogged drain. The problem was fixed within 24 hours.
The hotel's main problem is the internet. There's internet in the hallway, but not in the room. I contacted reception twice to ask for it to be fixed, and they promised to fix it, but it never happened during the six days I spent there. Internet is a basic service that a five-star hotel should have, and I downgraded my rating specifically because of the internet. Everything else is fine (if the price doesn't bother you).

A good 4-star hotel

A beautiful hotel with a cozy lobby. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the administrator, Akylzhan. The hotel has a sturgeon farm and a hall with a huge aquarium full of large sturgeon, four species. There's a large sturgeon pond outside. Tours of the sturgeon farm are available on Saturdays.

A very cozy and beautiful hotel. Nearby is a trail. Hearty breakfasts. A wonderful terrace with a sea view. The terrace menu wasn't particularly impressive, though.

The room is large, the toilet is small, and there is no iron. It is very inconvenient to iron clothes when traveling on business!
Many waiters at the front desk did not speak English, only one did. This is very inconvenient!
In addition, the wifi was very poor and I mentioned it to the front desk three times.
After staying for several days, one day the room was not cleaned that day, so I went to the front desk to ask for water and toilet paper, and it took me three times before they were delivered. . .
Behind the hotel is the Caspian Sea, which is very close. The Caspian Sea is great and it is safe to go there at night! I don’t recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. It’s quite expensive. I ordered pizza but they said the ingredients were out and I got two orders of pasta instead. It was really not delicious.

Best of all, it's spacious and the beautiful Caspian Sea is right in front of you!

If you have the chance, definitely take this tour. Ideally, bring school-age children. They'll find it educational and engaging. They'll be able to feed the fish and learn how many different types of sturgeon there are. They'll also learn about the differences. We didn't regret going. 👍
