Rixos Water World Hotel

It is a good hotel and we had a good time ,very clean hotel , by a beautiful view on Caspian sea I enjoy traveling there, and we had a good time there with my family I suggest you to go there for relax Pool was very good and clean Foods was good and they had lots of foods in the menu

The best part is infinity pool view and its bar , the room is so clean , The food could be more diverse, and it would be better if the hotel staff could speak English. Compared to other Rixos hotels like those in Antalya and Dubai, they could have more varied programs for children, such as cooking classes, nature tours, and similar activities. The drinks were of good quality, and the music at the beach club was really good.

We have some problem in the resturant specialy very bad smell in the main rsturant and take latly room but its first time we come here and i think every thing it will be beter and we will have good memory me and my freind hope have good times i. Here tanck you

Everything is great, nice and cool vibes. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I like that everything is already included - food, spa, and drinks. The room is also clean and very cozy. The place also includes rides and pool park. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, no worse than in Turkey

We had a family vacation (3 children and my wife and I) at Rixos Aktau from July 31 to August 7, 2021. To be honest, we flew with the fear that we would encounter rudeness, swearing, or whatever else Kazakhstani service is known for )))) What was our surprise, the service was excellent, the food was delicious. It is clear that the staff is prepared for the influx of guests, everyone is polite and tactful. From the guest relations to the lifeguards at the pool. You can feel the excellent Turkish management. I would like to mention the bartender Ulbolsyn, Zlata. Thank you for a great vacation. The waiter at the meat restaurant Zhursyn is great. The children were delighted with his service. Finally, in Aktau and in Kazakhstan, such a hotel has opened on the seashore. I hear more and more often how my friends from Aktau and Astana have either already been to Aktau because of Rixos or are going to fly there. The water park is super, I really liked it. this demonstrates the development of domestic tourism. the band's performance on the pier was also very pleasant. and now according to my wishes, in order to increase positive reviews in the future))) letting the driver in by calling from the room is not possible, for this I have to be at the reception and only after that the driver was allowed into the territory. wearing life jackets in the pool was annoying for my children, they swim very well, but every time they were forced to wear life jackets. watering the grass throughout the territory should probably be more often, so that there is no yellow grass. install artificial palm trees like on the Aktau embankment next to the beach. I would also recommend opening a karaoke bar inside the 1st floor or something like the English pub in Roxos Borovoe. we will definitely come back to you.

Everything is great, only the rooms are cold, the ventilation works so badly. I slept in a nightgown and a bathrobe with a 3 month old baby. This was very annoying, of course, it was cold in the restaurant. The food is excellent, the Turkish staff are great, they really feel what you want, and the Kazakhs are not efficient. The Kazakh staff has no understanding of where they are. They do not feel the guest at all, except for one guy in the restaurant who gave comfort and the dinner was great. The sea is wonderful, the pool with sea water is wonderful, my 12-year-old son liked the water park. I really liked the spa area, and the cleaning staff from the Kazakh side are not efficient, I understand Turkish and heard how they are taught. They demanded speed and not to stand still. On the 4th day my room was not cleaned completely, but I did not complain, I just did not want to waste energy on this. I believe that every year it will be better and we will come again, we will see the dynamics of improvement
