Excellent hotel with reasonable prices. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfasts are very tasty. There is a sauna, a swimming pool and a gym. All this is included in the price of accommodation. The hotel has a restaurant and a sushi bar.

Luxurious hotel. Everything is thought out. Everything you need is in the hotel building itself. If you want a cola or chocolate, you go straight down the elevator to the Supermarket, Pharmacy, Canteen (very tasty and cheap), Hairdresser, Gym, Swimming pool, etc. Open air rooftop restaurant with panoramic views. Huge rooms. Excellent wifi. You can connect a USB flash drive and SMART TV via HDMI to the TV in the rooms. There is nothing of the above in any other 5* hotel in Aktau. Although my family and I have been here and to Renaissance, Caspian Riviera, Holiday Inn Seasgate and RIXOS.

For several years now I have only been going here to work out in the gym, swim in the pool and enjoy the sauna. This is best done in a comprehensive manner for the whole day. Always clean, comfortable, cozy, organization of recreation at the highest level. This is monitored by the administrator of the complex - Angela Vasilievna. From airport pickup to drop-off on the airport and all in between was taken great care of the staff. ,staff was very polite. Very helpful and friendly staff, plus the swimming pool and sauna was a nice add on and the temperature in the pool was great. I liked the location of the hotel It was near the beach . Inside the hotel building has its own restaurant, supermarket, boutiques. really helpful. Panoramic window of the room with sea view was amazing. Panorama restaurant at 8th floor was really perfect. Disliked · Breakfast was disappointing. I was not satisfied with the breakfast. There was little variety and there was no fresh bread for breakfast. The breakfast quality was not at all acceptable for a 5-star hotel, it was at the level of a 3-star hotel The only positive point of the breakfast was the presence of a professional coffee machine.

We liked the hotel. We lived in two adjacent standard rooms on the 5th floor at the "family" rate, it is cheaper, the bathroom is equipped with good plumbing, cleaning is scheduled on time, the rooms have air conditioners and working Wi-Fi, thoughtful lighting, convenient storage places for things and bags, a full-length mirror, albeit outdated, but high-quality furniture and textiles. Common areas: corridors, toilets, halls, elevators correspond to the level, clean and well-kept. The staff is polite and responsive, drinking bottled water is replenished and included in the room rate. Bathrobes, slippers and hygiene supplies are available. Food - breakfast is included, tasty and varied, lunch in the form of a business lunch exceeded our expectations, thanks to the cooks and administrators. I also liked the recreation area, all the saunas, showers and hamam are functioning, a wet steam room with essential oils, a phytobar, there is also a good bar-restaurant and a gym, showers and a locker room are equipped with everything you need, there is a jacuzzi in the pool, enough sun loungers and tables. A small minus - there is no smart in the standard room, the TV is small and outdated. From the wishes: in the spa and pool area I would like unobtrusive background music, live plants, a dispenser with drinking water (after all, five stars, why bother) and a centrifuge for wringing out a swimsuit in the locker room. I recommend this hotel to everyone, both vacationers and those who came on business and work, you will not regret it.
