Located outside Aktau city, Rixos Aktau is a beautiful 5 star all inclusive hotel on the Caspian Sea with plenty of bars and restaurants.

No complaints! Everything was at a high level. Food, water, everything is great. There is a swimming pool where children are not allowed. There is also a lot of entertainment for children. Water park and amusement park on the territory. All visits were included in the price of our stay. We are very happy.

Every time I book at any Rixos branch in Kazakhstan I have granted a complimentary upgrade except this Rixos Aktau branch!

The view was amazing, the location was great, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work and just heated the room on every setting, and some of the furnishings were a bit dated and had scratches. However, for the price, we would definitely come back.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast. Good location for supermarket and not far from beach for wonderful beach bars. Nice staff, shame the bar was closed in the afternoon. The supermarket was handy for essentials such as pringles and vodka.

The hotel is very good. Quiet place, close to the beaches. The staff are friendly. All wishes are fulfilled, if possible, of course. Breakfast is included in the price, hearty and varied. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee. There is a swimming pool, sports hall and sauna.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel.

Good breakfast, business lunch is terriable and the restourant not so good. Room is more or less is OK, but no cleaning on snow in front of the hotel from ice.
