In general everything is fine, but at the arrival there was some confusions and misunderstandings regarding room providence. Each employee was helpful, especially Bekzhan housekeeping assistant in answering questions and showing what does hotel have. Hope that all quests will enjoy their time.

Located outside Aktau city, Rixos Aktau is a beautiful 5 star all inclusive hotel on the Caspian Sea with plenty of bars and restaurants.

No complaints! Everything was at a high level. Food, water, everything is great. There is a swimming pool where children are not allowed. There is also a lot of entertainment for children. Water park and amusement park on the territory. All visits were included in the price of our stay. We are very happy.

The view was amazing, the location was great, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work and just heated the room on every setting, and some of the furnishings were a bit dated and had scratches. However, for the price, we would definitely come back.

If you have the chance, definitely take this tour. Ideally, bring school-age children. They'll find it educational and engaging. They'll be able to feed the fish and learn how many different types of sturgeon there are. They'll also learn about the differences. We didn't regret going. 👍

This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street. The facilities are okay. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there are only a few that are suitable for Chinese people.

I would say it's an average hotel. The food is not bad, just always the same, the rooms are okay, the bed is comfortable. The Wifi is very weak, but the wellness area is quite good. There is a small shopping center with a grocery store at the bottom of the hotel.

It is indeed a good hotel in the area. Good location, good environment and good service. It is just a little small, but there are too few locals so it doesn't matter if it is too big. The room is not small.

Excellent hotel. I stay here often. The staff responds quickly to requests. The receptionists are kind, polite, and helpful. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean, warm, and cozy. The location is also very convenient. Everything is within walking distance: shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, a clinic, a mosque, and bus stops. I recommend it.

The hotel is very good. Quiet place, close to the beaches. The staff are friendly. All wishes are fulfilled, if possible, of course. Breakfast is included in the price, hearty and varied. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee. There is a swimming pool, sports hall and sauna.

Very nice stay at this quiet seaside hotel. There is no pool or gym or fancy amenities but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good hotel. Been here for one night in summer, 2015. Clean, quiet, good personnel. Ordered food and they got exactly what I ordered. Prices for food, especially water are higher than Baku, Azerbaijan. But Aktau is notorious for high prices. Rakmet.

Check-in is after 2 PM. Luggage storage is available. The room is quite spacious. It's easily accessible by bus from the airport, and very close to the Eternal Flame and the beach, making it very convenient.

A very nice hotel with great value for money.

The room was incredibly hot from the heated floors. We had to turn on the air conditioning, and it ran all night. We almost got sick. The mattress was incredibly hard. The key card didn't indicate the room number. The elevator got so hot from the sun that it felt like riding in a sauna. The internet was poor, constantly disconnecting, and the signal was poor. The price was completely unjustified.

The picture was taken from inside the staircase. We couldn't access the lighthouse. It is under the jurisdiction of the navy but there was nobody there when we arrived. The locals didn't know how to get in touch with the key keeper

I'm writing this review a few months later, which I've kept in my Heart for nine months. I recommend anyone traveling through Aktau to stay in Grand Nur Plaza Hotel. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel.

Good breakfast, business lunch is terriable and the restourant not so good. Room is more or less is OK, but no cleaning on snow in front of the hotel from ice.

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. On a solid C grade. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars. But water treatments failed to treat myself, so the rating in this part does not give.

The location is good, everything is nearby. Walking distance to the city beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with good views and enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom has hot shower. The WiFi works good. On every floor there is free water. The included breakfast is ok (for me it was not enough).

It's actually ok hotel. Staff is a bit to serious but still friendly. Location is excellent.

Average low prices match the service. Dont be fooled by the fact that sea is close (quite dirty to swim). You better go to resort zones in suburbs such as Tree of Life, Tethys Blu Park and Stigl-20minutes by car.

Stayed here for the first few days in Kazakhstan. They helped me with planning my trip to Almaty. There are signs every where that foreigners should registered within three days of arrival - please don't ignore these as it will cost you a USD200 fine.
