Friendly staff
The only complaint is the noise from the nearby club musical, all night long until 5AM in the morning.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time.
Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day.
Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
What I found was the basin tap was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in, and the air con is so noisy that we need to switch it off when we sleep.
However facilities you can tell it’s not new anymore.
