Best Hotels in Bishkek

We had two wonderful stays at the Sheraton Bishkek. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here two times and I liked the hotel quite a lot. Very good status recognition, excellent facilities, good breakfast, and nice rooms so I will definitely come back next year

The property features great amenities, including excellent gym facilities, a sauna, and a pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay

Everyone is so hospitable and generous! You see smiling and welcoming faces everywhere. This is the first time I’ve experienced such kind and supportive team members consistently. This is true Kyrgyzstani hospitality

I had an amazing stay!!! Thank you so much. Every staff member I spoke to was super helpful and offered excellent service. Shara and Izat at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks again!!

The hotel is good, but old. It needs renovation.

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff and facilities. Loved the bed and pillows and shower! Only negative was our chicken at dinner overcooked. Location was an A++

It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia

I am so appreciative of the great services provided by him and the hotel!

The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe

Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night

The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy

The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful

With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie

I was trying to relax in the lobby bar around 11 AM, but was constantly disturbed by the deafening noise of carpet cleaning and sofa repairs. Breakfast was very disappointing

Excellent hotel, comparable to Grand Oberoi in India. The rooms are huge and woody decor. Excellent washrooms… amazing breakfast spread and central location

I had a great stay here. Definitely has a destination hotel vibe rather than standard business one. The decor is quite unique. The location is excellent too, very close to most places walking distance

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

Great rooms, good food, super interior

The people of Kyrgyzstan are incredibly kind and friendly ❤️ The hotel’s architecture has such a beautiful antique charm, and the decoration is truly unique

The staff at Orion truly understand the art of hospitality; they are attentive without being intrusive, making you feel entirely at home. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Bishkek just to stay here again

Nice resort! Excellent service and location! Fresh air!

Very nice location and a lot of facilities, but the structure is a little old and need more maintenance or renovation. The girls at the reception was super fantastic to solve one problem I have with Trip

com and excellent support from the hotel recepionist. Special thanks to Miss Aliya Avaskanova (Aliya Avaskanova)

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable

I’ve visited this spa several times (in summer, autumn, and winter), and it’s truly a wonderful place 🤩 After paying, you receive a set that includes a bathrobe, towels, and slippers if needed

You also get a bracelet that opens your locker in the changing room. The men’s locker room is quite spacious and has a hair dryer. After a changing take a shower first

Great hotel. Good service and accommodation

Good room , good service , good location , but HOLY fix the wifi please. Literally the worst hotel wifi I've ever experienced.. -2 stars deducted only cause of that

Apart from breakfast, we did not have the opportunity to try any other meals at the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast items were quite good both in terms of taste and product quality

This was a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the experience here. The receptionist spoke good English and provided excellent service!

Considering the hotel’s location, I can also say it was good. When I travel somewhere, I like to stay again at places where I had a good experience before

The location and the staffs doing s great job. 5/5 Stars very friendly staff. I am a person who had a lot of questions how to get to the airport manas and how I should behave as a foreigner from Switzerland

The hotel is good, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the shower hose in the bathroom was broken, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were difficult to use

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options

Everything was brand new, even the carpet was spotless. The bed was large with a good mattress. Although our windows overlooked a busy three-lane highway, the noise in the room wasn't very noticeable

The luxurious restaurant with city view offers excellent breakfasts, really worth staying here. Drawbacks include a bit leaking showerhead and poor sound isolation

Location is good and staff was friendly. The breakfast is good with variety of choice. The clean is spacious and with the view face to Ala Too square.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast spread, which offered a great variety of options and was one of the best I’ve had on this trip

In one of our stays, the kettle and TV were not working, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, we genuinely enjoyed both visits and appreciated the service and hospitality

The spa was also lovely; we especially enjoyed the firm massages and relaxing time in the sauna. The staff were wonderful, always warm, responsive, and ready to assist

On the day of our early departure, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast, which was much appreciated. The rooms were a little inconsistent

The highlights included the generous buffet breakfast, which offered a wide range of options such as Georgian khachapuri and Japanese sushi

They went out of their way to help us locate our missing luggage from the airport and arranged airport transfers for us

We stayed twice at the Garden Hotel and Spa and overall had a very pleasant experience

The rooms are a slightly run down but the beds are firm and very comfortable. The shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Although there is a pool, it had a lot of leaves in it which was a deterrent for using

I enjoyed the Exercycle in the gym but with no air conditioning, it got too hot to use after 7 am. The dawn chorus so lovely especially to hear such joyful birdsong but it starts up at around 4

30 am! I would recommend this place in Bishkek because of the kind and friendly staff

It was an ok hotel but pretty basic. Instead of Rich, I'd call it lower middle class. It was clean and comfortable but the rooms were a bit cramped.

Very soviet feel to the place and maybe needs a bit of updating but near the city and a small shopping centre over the road

We came here as part of “ Intrepid 5 Stan” tour so didn’t actually choose this hotel

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception

Excellent localion for turist, nice place to stay

But it was the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for. Only good thing about it was its location!

An amazing experience! The hotel feels very safe, and the staff are extremely friendly and respectful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is perfect and close to everything

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Excellent

Amazing service, particularly the receptionist staff. Check in was smooth polite and efficient. I arrived early and they made every effort to get my room ready. Ideal location - close to square and Bazar

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service, especially reception , house keeping and restaurant/breakfast team. Very friendly and cooperative employees. Nice breakfast. Nice location.

Very centrally located Hotel! Restaurants & shopping centers nearby! Accommodative in extending checkout time too!

The room was a bit cold, and the air conditioning was blowing cold air. The internet speed was very poor.

Stayed overnight and the room is fantastic! Really enjoy the time there. Will come again!

When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry. ” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns

I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room

The gas mask was unexpected 😂 The water in the room is renewed every day. 9Breakfasts are not very varied, but of high quality. There is a good selection of drinks and you can order some dishes for free

It's a great hotel, considering it's a 4-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but everything is pretty good. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily

Overall, Hotel Ambassador is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bishkek. I would gladly stay here again

Excellent cozy hotel in the nice central area of Bishkek

Hotel near city center, clean, comfortable and good service

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay, with a great selection and everything tasting fresh and delicious

Housekeeping does a very good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and organized. Overall, Duo Hotel Bishkek offers great comfort, excellent service, and a warm environment

I had a great stay at Duo Hotel Bishkek and I am still staying here as I write this. I have been here for the last six days, and the experience has been excellent from the start

This hotel is a new hotel. Generally speaking, it is very good in all aspects, including the location, configuration, service, and clean breakfast. recommend

This hotel's employees are all kind. And location is also good. But elevator is not so good. This is only bad point.

good place to stay, clean, good price, great location plus private parking

It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and great value for money!

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day

The rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done regularly, and everything feels well maintained. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Art Hotel Bishkek and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort and value

Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request, making us feel truly at home. Their hospitality really stands out

The environment is great, I recommend staying here. It's very conveniently located near the airport, and there are shopping malls nearby.

It is very good hotel! Very excellent receptions Ms Lera, Mr Malik - they are honest and helpful!

The room was clean and tidy, and the price was excellent. Leira and Malik, in particular, provided incredibly enthusiastic and attentive service. A very pleasant stay!

Location is a plus plus/ staff were so accommodating / clean / good location ! The place is beautiful

Great hotel! Booked for 5 days and decided to extend for another 3. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is very responsive, and the Wi-Fi is excellent.

The room was decent, nothing special. The main advantage was the parking, which was very convenient, as parking is difficult at many hotels. The service was also good. Overall, it was a good experience.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The interior was lovely and authentic. The breakfast was average—it seemed to have everything, but it wasn't particularly tasty

The hotel restaurant offers a very good coffee break and lunch menu at affordable prices. The hotel is located in the city center

Nice hotel! Clean room with air conditioning! Good breakfasts! I highly recommend it!

On the other hand, it is open until 1am, so it is convenient if you are going out late. It is close to shopping centers such as GUM, TSUMU, and Dordoi Plaza, so you will have no trouble finding something to eat or shop

I would recommend this hotel for organizations holding small conferences, seminars, and training sessions. The management is attentive to each client and very responsive to all requests

The lighting was relatively bright, and there were a large desk and plenty of electrical outlets, making it ideal for doing office work

There is a wide variety of menu items and it is very delicious, but it starts at 7:30, so it may not be suitable for those who are up early in the morning

nice hotel, good location. it is around 10 min to city center by car and only 15 min walk to shopping mall. price is good

Great view of the mountains if you're lucky with your window.

Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful

Hotel is clean, friendly staff and has a good location to the center! We stayed there for 1 night! Just good! Breakfast was also nice

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking

Spacious room and bathroom, ok breakfast, location is a little outside of the central district, good service and cleanliness

Good location, great view from the cafe to the mountains. The girls at the reception are friendly and beautiful:), Everything is clean, I recommend, the breakfasts are delicious.

It was a good place with a good service and attentive staff. The breakfast might be a bit diverse but still it is good. I recommend the place.

Breakfast is good and the view from the restaurant is unreal. Location is central and the market next door works 24/7

There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people)

We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing

Not bad, but I'd maybe check out a different hotel next time I'm in Bishkek

We stayed from February 12th to 16th. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We left with good impressions and would happily return. We highly recommend it.

Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs

The room is clean, tidy and bright, and the breakfast quality is also very good. The check-in time is a little later than Chinese hotels, between 7 and 10 o'clock

Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall

good hotel, reasonable price, great location with own paring

Location was close to many things within walking distance. The bed was comfortable (most beds in Central Asia a hard). I was disappointed it didn't have a pool. The breakfast was good with variety and western option
