Best Hotels in Bishkek

We had two wonderful stays at the Sheraton Bishkek. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here two times and I liked the hotel quite a lot. Very good status recognition, excellent facilities, good breakfast, and nice rooms so I will definitely come back next year

The property features great amenities, including excellent gym facilities, a sauna, and a pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay

The hotel is good, but old. It needs renovation.

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff and facilities. Loved the bed and pillows and shower! Only negative was our chicken at dinner overcooked. Location was an A++

It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia

The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy

The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful

With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie

I was trying to relax in the lobby bar around 11 AM, but was constantly disturbed by the deafening noise of carpet cleaning and sofa repairs. Breakfast was very disappointing

Excellent hotel, comparable to Grand Oberoi in India. The rooms are huge and woody decor. Excellent washrooms… amazing breakfast spread and central location

I had a great stay here. Definitely has a destination hotel vibe rather than standard business one. The decor is quite unique. The location is excellent too, very close to most places walking distance

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable

I’ve visited this spa several times (in summer, autumn, and winter), and it’s truly a wonderful place 🤩 After paying, you receive a set that includes a bathrobe, towels, and slippers if needed

You also get a bracelet that opens your locker in the changing room. The men’s locker room is quite spacious and has a hair dryer. After a changing take a shower first

Apart from breakfast, we did not have the opportunity to try any other meals at the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast items were quite good both in terms of taste and product quality

In one of our stays, the kettle and TV were not working, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, we genuinely enjoyed both visits and appreciated the service and hospitality

They went out of their way to help us locate our missing luggage from the airport and arranged airport transfers for us

We stayed twice at the Garden Hotel and Spa and overall had a very pleasant experience

The breakfast is quite good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can get a local SIM card from the desk for all of $3 It's not far from things but hardly close. Not much in the immediate area at all

The building is very Soviet era, and not in a good way. They are doing footpath work in the whole neighbourhood so only gravel uneven paths to get anywhere

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a tour of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Rooms were clean, reasonably furnished and the hotel is quiet and very well located, only a short walk from Bishkek’s City Centre

Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast wasn’t the most elaborate but there was plenty, even if eggs had been cooked quite a bit earlier. We enjoyed the pool as somewhere to cool off on a hot day

Okay, breakfast is served until 12 noon. The boss speaks fluent English.

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception

When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry. ” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns

I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room

The gas mask was unexpected 😂 The water in the room is renewed every day. 9Breakfasts are not very varied, but of high quality. There is a good selection of drinks and you can order some dishes for free

It's a great hotel, considering it's a 4-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but everything is pretty good. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily

Overall, Hotel Ambassador is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bishkek. I would gladly stay here again

I had a great stay at Duo Hotel Bishkek and I am still staying here as I write this. I have been here for the last six days, and the experience has been excellent from the start

This hotel's employees are all kind. And location is also good. But elevator is not so good. This is only bad point.

It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage

Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking

We stayed from February 12th to 16th. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We left with good impressions and would happily return. We highly recommend it.

Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs
