Great place. The only downside is that the rooms and grounds are undergoing renovations. But in a couple of months, everything will definitely be great 😄

This isn't our first time here, they're doing a great job, adding a cafe in the pool area, and as always, everything is great 👍

Perfect resort with hot springs.

The night I stayed there was a wedding which made sleep impossible for nearly all of the rooms so I chose one of the few,rooms on the back side. They gave me room 201 which turned out to be a nightmare. The kitchen's exhaust fan is just outside the window. With the window closed it was noticeable but open the window,and it sounded like a jet engine. No hotel should ever have a room like this one...

Loved everything: the food, the bar, the breakfasts, the rooms, the hot springs, and the baths and saunas. All excellent!

We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. The sauna and steam room were also excellent, clean, and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A perfect place to unwind and recharge

My family and I stayed at this hotel. Excellent service. Very clean. Friendly hosts. And most importantly, it's smoke-free. I think this is the best hotel in Kant. The courtyard is large and neat. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, its cozy, they have open theater outside, it has a feeling of outside of town cottage. Deffinetely advise

Does what it says on the tin - super cheap, we paid £66 for two nights and 24/7 concierge made it easy to check in when our flight arrived at 4am. The bed is really hard but you get what you pay for really

We stayed at IO Hotel and overall had a good experience. The quality for the price is excellent — the room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a great value. However, one thing that stood out was the smell of the bed linens, which wasn't very pleasant. It seems like something in the washing process needs to be changed or improved. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels as a flight attendant but I have to say they really are doing an amazing job! Hotel was super clean and the WiFi signal was pretty strong. They have a mini bar.coffee place in the lobby and their customer service was above and beyond! Aidana (the general manager) is pretty switched on and will assist with pretty much everything! Will be coming back here for sure!

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. They offer laundry services inexpensively. In the fall, we stayed in the room at the far end, near the wall; it was a bit damp and chilly. The sheets were clean and comfortable, but the blankets were a problem. I don't think it's a problem in the summer or during the heating season. We stayed in the off-season. A well appointed room in traditional block of apartments. Nice room size, comfortable bed, tea making facilities in the room and TV with a great range of channels. Large comfortable bed, very clean. Close to the Philamonnic hall and a well stocked convenience store opposite

Our experience here was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and know what they’re doing. The hotel room was clean when we arrived and was always clean when we returned during the day! Great quality and also a fantastic location in the city.

Fantastic property located near RetroMetro club, just 5-7min walk. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, fab view, great service, humble and lovely reception staff. They serve a great continental breakfast with fresh fruits and dry fruits. Strongly recommended. Shall surely visit again.

If one feels like hiking one of the best places to do so in this National Reserve. It’s worth driving an hour from Bishkek, and no disappointment. The entrance fee is 450 som, (6,5 USD) a car.

Excellent value for money. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good central location in Bishkek, low price for overall service. Big room with double bed, nice and clean bathroom with floor heating. Room has air conditioning. Nice breakfast.

A nice place to celebrate with family or friends. The large table allows for many people to see each other. The sauna and the pool are wonderful especially in winter.

A bit off the city center, however for this price you will get newly built hotel with large high ceiling rooms. Beds are comfy. Service in this hotel is very personal,.its like you staying at your relatives house :)

This is a hidden gem of Bishkek. While outside of the city center the location is actually superb. Near two excellent eating option, Faiza and a new Buffet. Good Dodo Pizza is just near the Vefa Shopping Center. Easy access to public transport. The house itself consists of two floors, on each you have a fridge and a bathroom. Kitchen is available. Babushka that runs this place is a lovely and charming...

I stayed here 9 months ago last march 2025, the room is cute and wd cute balcony too where i spent morning coffee watching the icy rooptops of neighboring houses, snowcapped. mountains, a great start of the day wifi is good and staff are nice ,,they even gifted me a tulip flower and chocolates on international womens day,, and its happend that its my birthday too...❤️❤️

We have a pleasant stay here. The rooms is clean and the staffs are very accommodating specially Sir Eli he is really helpful.

I'm really excited about this new hotel! I got the grand tour last week from the owner and everything looks really nice.The views from the rooms are gorgeous - mountain views and botanical garden views. Walking in transports you elsewhere. It's like you walked into a European boutique hotel! Update. I went for breakfast and it was "ok." With so many options in Bishkek, I'm not sure when I'll return...

I really enjoyed my stay. Nur-sultan on reception was very helpful. It is a pity that he supports Tottenham Hotspur but no other complaints!

There is a lot to improve... but not everything can be improved by the poor quality of the finish: a gap in the door to the room of about 1 cm. All noises, footsteps, lift sounds, light enters the room through this. Windows fatally installed or not adjusted: very hard to close and let outside noise through. The windows inside have not been washed and are visibly dirty with paint. The best of the stay...
