Does what it says on the tin - super cheap, we paid £66 for two nights and 24/7 concierge made it easy to check in when our flight arrived at 4am. The bed is really hard but you get what you pay for really

We stayed at IO Hotel and overall had a good experience. The quality for the price is excellent — the room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a great value. However, one thing that stood out was the smell of the bed linens, which wasn't very pleasant. It seems like something in the washing process needs to be changed or improved. That aside, everything else was great, and we would consider staying again if that issue gets addressed.

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels as a flight attendant but I have to say they really are doing an amazing job! Hotel was super clean and the WiFi signal was pretty strong. They have a mini bar.coffee place in the lobby and their customer service was above and beyond! Aidana (the general manager) is pretty switched on and will assist with pretty much everything! Will be coming back here for sure!
