The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The breakfast buffet line is as good as you can get.

Had a great visit to this resort. Adjacent to the resort is a museum and garden. The museum has many famous characters and features from Kyrgyzstan people with their stories and sayings. Had a nice walk, climbing many stairs to the top of the mountain. A wonderful view. Speedy Wi-Fi signals.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this. The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel. The best part of the stay here was the breakfast. They servve breakfast which is at part to 4-5 star hotel. Love the variety of food and meat to chose from. The rooms are also quite good facing the mountains and main the road.

Bed was not comfortable and pretty worn out. AC thermostat was not working and I was sweating inside room due to which I was not able to sleep. Wifi was non existent. It barely worked. I booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

Perfect resort with hot springs.

The night I stayed there was a wedding which made sleep impossible for nearly all of the rooms so I chose one of the few,rooms on the back side. They gave me room 201 which turned out to be a nightmare. The kitchen's exhaust fan is just outside the window. With the window closed it was noticeable but open the window,and it sounded like a jet engine. No hotel should ever have a room like this one...

We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. Based on the promotional price I paid via Agoda.com I am satisfied with the stay. The location is very good and the interior, though in need of sizable maintenance throughout, was pleasant. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the towels smelt quite bad, and no bathroom tissue was present. Aside from these points, the staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was relaxed.
