Excellent stay. Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. The property features great amenities, including excellent gym facilities, a sauna, and a pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The property is gorgeous and, despite some online comments, my room was spotless. The loyalty recognition made me feel incredibly welcomed. The staff truly understand hospitality—focusing on genuine interest rather than just following a process. The breakfast and room service were also exceptional. Large clean rooms, excellent restaurant too, but without the capability to adjust the room temperature myself. I don't know what happened to the hotel. But it's no longer a Hyatt. The rooms are renovated like a cheap hotel, the service at the front desk is definitely not up to international standards, the breakfast is half what it used to be, and the grounds are in disrepair. It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia.

Our preference was for a Queen bed, and although this was clearly stated, the rude person at reception tried to give us a separate bed. First, they said it came that way from the trip, and when they couldn't show us that, they practically forced us to use the large bed.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bishkek, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent, making it an excellent choice for business travelers overall.

Very nice location and a lot of facilities, but the structure is a little old and need more maintenance or renovation. Its a beautiful resort with all amenities and not too far from the city. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Facing the snow-clad mountains, we had a good view from our room. a good place to stay every thing is fine and perfect staff is also disciplined,food was fantastic. but the toilets,they should inspect properly before arrival of guests i was in room 503 and toilet there was not in good condition, i thought a bunch of hair was sticking inside but is was not hair but scratches like someone made with lead pencil, looking weird.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel. It's far from the city center, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the mysterious cooling system turns on and off by itself, and someone was knocking loudly on the door at night. The service is slow and unfriendly. I didn't like the breakfast 😞

The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are very spacious bathroom are clean and pretty good. Bar and restaurant are closed unfortunately.
