Hotelrooms very nice and spacious with big balcony. Clean. There is a Microwafe, fridge and hot water. Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

Waiting time in a restaurant is ridiculous, and a waiter lied to me about the size of a dish, don't come here and respect your time

We only eat at the restaurant, service asking us every 10minutes if we want another deink another meal.. it’s too much. I know we are tourists but I felt some pressure to buy more and more food and drinks. At the end a 15% service is included without asking any question..

In general it was an awesome experience for someone who wants to break out from the busy life and enjoy nature and some quiet.
The cabin was amazing, very clean equipped with almost everything u need if u are staying for few days i would suggest to bring ur own food and cook or reheat food as u have microwave .
Bathroom were cleaned and had everything .
Awesome view and multiple hiking trails, the only downside to it that the busses stopped by 8 pm and you have to make sure u catch the last one back to the resort otherwise u walk back more than 10km .
The restaurant service was awful and thy open only by 9 am so if you want to leave before that u cant get anything plus the are dead slow it takes them ages to take ur order and serve the food i haven't experienced worst than them , first night we ordered pasta and stake it took them more than an hour to serve it , it was raining so we didn't mind staying until thy finished , nxt morning we order shakshok and creeps and 2 coffee, literally it took them 45 mins to serve the egss which can be done in less than 2 minutes and the restaurant was absolutely empty just us and 4 more on another table , the food was good but the service is the worst ever.

I initially made a reservation for two nights and then changed it to one night confirming the dates over messages. The staff asked me to use a QR code to pay for it which I did and then send them a PDF confirmation which I did as well. When arriving at the reception after a two hour trip from Bishkek, the staff at the reception said "we are full" to which I responded "Ok, I have a reservation" to which they looked oddly. I showed them the PDF confirmation, QR code they sent where the money was transferred and eventually it turned out that one of the staff forgot to note down the reservation and they were full on that day, saying to come back tomorrow or they can see if other hotels in the national park have availability. Being sensible we had to accept staying at a hotel 15 minute bus ride down the road and the staff were quite apologetic and helpful with booking us another accommodation (Ak-Bata Hotel). Thus never hot to see the rooms, service was nice in the end and location amazing (which is why the place was picked). If we stayed there, I am certain it would have been nice. Therefore before arriving please confirm with the staff again that your reservation is held.

If one feels like hiking one of the best places to do so in this National Reserve. It’s worth driving an hour from Bishkek, and no disappointment. The entrance fee is 450 som, (6,5 USD) a car.
