Dangerous and illegal
Premium KG isn't a vacation, it's a real health hazard. There are shards of glass in the pool, which cut my aunt. Nails are sticking out of the wood in the sauna, causing another woman to tear her swimsuit. The slats by the pool are in terrible condition, sticking out and dangling. The chlorine in the water is overflowing, causing the children to develop allergies. They don't accept cards, which violates government regulations. And requests to turn on the hammam are met with excuses. The manager is completely absent, and the staff is rude to the children. This place needs to be closed until all violations are corrected.

Do not book here if you expect a respectable hotel stay. This is an entertainment center with rooms attached to it. If the owners want to move into hotel business they need to clean up their act. Pros: 1. Large clean rooms - great if you need to pack stuff. 2. Spacious hot shower, good AC. 3. Wooden tables in the yard/parking lot to hang out at - there's no other coming space and the roof above the tables doesn't fully protect from the rain, but still, it was nice. 4. Also, the girl at the reception recommended us a delicious food chain - Navat. Cons: 1. The "hotel" is in the outskirts of Bishkek, with no sign outside, and a huge wall around the compound. Make your own conclusions about its clientele. 2. Two swimming pools are available by reservation only. But even when you make a reservation don't expect it to be honored - ours wasn't honored twice. Clearly, the priority are people who pay to reserve those pools for parties and hotel guests can enjoy swimming leftovers in the morning. Majorly disrespectful. So yeah, don't hope to swim. 3. People who reserve the swimming pools are all men who come in luxury cars with their security. And with fights in the common yard, drinking till they sway, and loud screaming and music till after midnight. Three nights we stayed there - every night was the same. 4. Rooms while looking luxurious aren't thought through and are missing basic hotel amenities such as a blowdryer or a fridge or hangers in the closet or hooks for clothes in the shower. This is a minor inconvenience compared to those local bandit crowds, but if you are trying to at least pretend to be a hotel, do better.
