The place is good. Park, squirrels, beach... All the buildings are old, mostly Soviet. There are a couple of thieves' cottages, but in general everything is very simple. Sanatorium treatment at the level. They feed well. But everything is kind of official. Even for this money you can find something decent

Rested in August 2022. The place is wonderful! On the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. Pinery. Silence. Lots of flowers, mostly roses. Meals for 4-: the menu is set daily, there is no choice of dishes. Breakfast and lunch are classic, 2 main courses are served for dinner. Milk and fruits are not given. We lived in a double cottage. Comfort rating for 4. Amazing resort to spend a quite time. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for two weeks in June/July and loved it. The grounds are lovely with roses constantly in bloom. The views of both the lake and the mountains are unparalleled. The food is plentiful and usually quite good. The gym facilities are excellent.

What a wonderful place to relax and stay healthy! Service, food and accommodation are at a high level. We had a great time with our guests from abroad, and we were amazed at how much better we were. I recommend the Leopard Complex to everyone!

Great place with excellent facilities for both wrestling and boxing !!! There is a spacious steam room and a relaxation area with billiards and game consoles! And such a view but a lake for all residents of the complex!

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

We took the 4-bed suite with the big balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The bathroom was missing the towel bar, and the fan was dying. The beds were hard. The room was otherwise ok. Breakfast was decent and the grounds and the beach area were very nice. If I make it back to Cholpan Ata, I'd consider staying there again.

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Rooms are very big n clean. Excellent breakfast and the garden and beach is so amazing. I love to come n stay again at this location. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable

Excellent location with fresh and shallow beach. Adorable place for vacation with kids. Hotel offers as an option three meals which is absolutely great option for moms with children. Recommended.

Pros: Well cleaned superior double room, bed comfortability was above average, bathroom was cleaned too, hotel is near to beach area, overall property was quiet, the ambience of premises was clean and well maintained with varieties of flowers. Small, cozy, new. It's not a place for party animals, but rather those who prefer more intimate atmosphere. The shore is like a little bay area, and can get crowded during the hottest hours.
