Nice place to stay and co-operative staff.

Fairly old and need of some TLC. It has a beach but pretty much the same as the public ones.

Amazing place for weekend trips😍! You can go here for picnic’s have an amIng view with yachts and sea diving paragliding 🌊 And most importantly don’t forget to do beaching here🌊☀️!!! Have a nice trip to issykul/cholpon ata

Great experience. Soviet style sanatorium, with great capabilities and wide scope of different treatments. It requires refurbishing and improvements, but generally gives high level of health and medical support.

The rooms are not that good, I advise getting Lyuks. The walk from the hotel to the beach is far :( The view is amazing and the water has is it's good qualities. Also has a floating "Banya na vode"

OMG, this place is a bomb. It was a totally surreal time-travelling experience for me. It is exactly, and I mean exactly, how I remember Soviet day care and health institutions, in which I spent most of my childhood. Great place for a relaxing holiday. There are nuances: Book a room in building 21 so as not to run down the street after the procedures) If you book building 9 without procedures, this is the first line from the beach. The food is good, balanced, the waiters are polite. The area is very beautiful and well maintained. Clean beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. I advise 👌

Loved the ground area! Well-groomed flower beds, beautiful, tall and branchy mature trees, neat asphalt paths. The air is saturated with the scents of petunias and spruce needles. I'm here for the second time in a year. Very clean and tidy everywhere. Always want to come back here. A large park, forest, Crimean pines, spruce, thuja, birch and even boxwood. And how many pheasants, squirrels and ducks are here!!! The beach is clean, but after lunch a lot of seaweed is nailed. The water was cold in July. And now in September it is very warm. The place is good. Park, squirrels, beach... All the buildings are old, mostly Soviet. There are a couple of thieves' cottages, but in general everything is very simple. Sanatorium treatment at the level. They feed well. But everything is kind of official. Even for this money you can find something decent

Rested in August 2022. The place is wonderful! On the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. Pinery. Silence. Lots of flowers, mostly roses. Meals for 4-: the menu is set daily, there is no choice of dishes. Breakfast and lunch are classic, 2 main courses are served for dinner. Milk and fruits are not given. We lived in a double cottage. Comfort rating for 4. The room has a toilet, shower, TV, refrigerator. Laundry...

The place is very cool. There are many rooms inside, the teachers are kind and everyone else is also very kind ^-^ Concerts and discos are held almost every day;)

Not far from CHOLPON-ATA For many years, either a boarding house or a hotel has been built ... It is not entirely clear whether this is a completely modern building or an attempt to adapt some kind of Soviet long-term construction, - but in its current form sluggish construction looks absurd, but somewhat futuristic and even slightly alien...

What a wonderful place to relax and stay healthy! Service, food and accommodation are at a high level. We had a great time with our guests from abroad, and we were amazed at how much better we were. I recommend the Leopard Complex to everyone!

Great place with excellent facilities for both wrestling and boxing !!! There is a spacious steam room and a relaxation area with billiards and game consoles! And such a view but a lake for all residents of the complex!

For training athletes, a super base, altitude 1950 meters, natural food, air and water are ideal, sunny days prevail. The base is suitable for eco tourism, satellite TV and the Internet. Come not regret it.

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Breakfast is not continental, it is Kyrgyz national breakfast. There are no food options for celiacs, vegans or vegetarian. The hotel is a bit run down, it is not a 4 star hotel, capable 3

Clean hotel rooms, good view. Excellent views!

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.
