We’ve stayed in room for 3 person. Even though it was booked for 2 only, next day after check in they wanted to add one more person in our room which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! How can you just add random people in someone’s room? Another complaint is about toilet smell. It was unbearable and we had to share it with another room, while booking I checked if it was shared bathroom or no, agent convinced...

great place for a vacation with family. In the evening, the view of the guesthouse is amazing. a lot of greenery, clean beach, ennobled territory. there are many medical treatments and food. the rooms are comfortable, spacious enough, the balcony offers a stunning view of the lake. awesome!

Best hotel good service and location

Location is ok if you are on wheels, otherwise it's not very convenient: it is on the border of town, shops and all are not very close. Overall good hotel. But some facilities (like shower cabin) were slightly broken and bathroom wasn't crystal-clean. Restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good.

Wonderful hotel! The best in Cholpon-Ata and Bosteri, the rooms are large, everything is there. The most comfortable bed and mattress I've ever tried. Breakfast is very varied and delicious.

Dolinnka hotel is amazing 👏 The staff are heart-warmingly beautiful and so friendly, and can speak some English. The private facilities are clean, high quality and the lake beach is incredible, especially for a night swim! The food is healthy and prepared with heart and soul. I would stay again and again without hesitation.

The pool is quite small and the rooms did have a strong unpleasnt smell

We stayed here on vacation and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was homey, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was hearty and delicious. Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. The staff was wonderful. The beach, although untouched, was still just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. I highly recommend it!

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

We took the 4-bed suite with the big balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The bathroom was missing the towel bar, and the fan was dying. The beds were hard. The room was otherwise ok. Breakfast was decent and the grounds and the beach area were very nice. If I make it back to Cholpan Ata, I'd consider staying there again.

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Rooms are very big n clean.
