Hotels in Cholpon-Ata

We enjoyed to stay in this modern hotel. Great lake view and a good restaurant.

Best hotel good service and location

Location is ok if you are on wheels, otherwise it's not very convenient: it is on the border of town, shops and all are not very close. Overall good hotel. But some facilities (like shower cabin) were slightly broken and bathroom wasn't crystal-clean. Restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good.

Quite a polarizing hotel 1. The location is average, there is no lake next to the town, and there are two cemeteries opposite. Special reminder to Ctrip that the Google Navigation behind the city hall is wrong and there are still 2 kilometers. 2. The hotel facilities are very new. It should be considered a very new hotel in the local area. Of course, the price is also relatively expensive in the local...

Wonderful hotel! The best in Cholpon-Ata and Bosteri, the rooms are large, everything is there. The most comfortable bed and mattress I've ever tried. Breakfast is very varied and delicious.

I stayed for work, I liked everything, the room was cozy, clean, the food was delicious.

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Very peaceful and clean environment. I really enjoyed a lot

Breakfast is not continental, it is Kyrgyz national breakfast. There are no food options for celiacs, vegans or vegetarian. The hotel is a bit run down, it is not a 4 star hotel, capable 3

Clean hotel rooms, good view. Excellent views!

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

We took the 4-bed suite with the big balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The bathroom was missing the towel bar, and the fan was dying. The beds were hard. The room was otherwise ok. Breakfast was decent and the grounds and the beach area were very nice. If I make it back to Cholpan Ata, I'd consider staying there again.

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Rooms are very big n clean. Excellent breakfast and the garden and beach is so amazing. I love to come n stay again at this location. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable

Excellent location with fresh and shallow beach. Adorable place for vacation with kids. Hotel offers as an option three meals which is absolutely great option for moms with children. Recommended.

Pros: Well cleaned superior double room, bed comfortability was above average, bathroom was cleaned too, hotel is near to beach area, overall property was quiet, the ambience of premises was clean and well maintained with varieties of flowers. Room for improvements: B&B should have buffet breakfast system with varieties of items (sucessive four days had same tabelled breakfast). Bathroom requires...

Small, cozy, new. It's not a place for party animals, but rather those who prefer more intimate atmosphere. The shore is like a little bay area, and can get crowded during the hottest hours.

We stayed here on vacation and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was homey, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was hearty and delicious. Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. The staff was wonderful. The beach, although untouched, was still just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. I highly recommend it!

A cozy, almost homey atmosphere. Twenty steps to the beach. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner is made to order. Everything is clean, tidy, and delicious. The cottage has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. Overall, a great family vacation.

Very friendly staff!! Clean rooms!! Breakfast cones with homemade salad, pastry, jam and others! Highly recommended!

Good and clean place, good service We liked

A quiet and cozy recreation area with luxurious landscaping. Babylon stands out from the crowd with its greenery and well-kept environment. Evening gatherings on the room's terrace are very atmospheric and intimate. Rooms - somehow, for two years in a row, I've been given good rooms, with decent furniture and bathroom fixtures. I don't know, maybe the guests who left previous reviews were just unlucky...

From the pros: beautiful territory Not a high price Food (varied, national dishes are delicious, but the portions are small) Minuses: Walk to the beach about 10 minutes Reception closes at 8pm Problems with water, constant changes from cold to hot (washing in the shower is a whole test) Face towels only on request Room cleaning, at the reception they said that they do it every day, the cleaning lady...

Were on July 29-31, 2022, in general, the impressions are good: the location is convenient, the air is clean and cool. The boarding house itself is small, literally 8-9 small houses, which combine with the comfort and well-groomed territory; but as soon as you leave the entrance gate, the feeling of comfort is replaced by the consequences of the apocalypse or the fall of a meteorite. Meals, although...

Firstly, check-in starts at 14.00. Therefore, if you arrive earlier, be prepared for the fact that you will have to wait all this time. Fortunately, they allow you to leave your luggage and you can shy away in the neighborhood. Or you need to agree in advance to be settled earlier and of course the service is paid, about 50% of the room price. Secondly, if you booked a room indirectly, then there is...

Take bed linen with you. We rested in the Vavilon boarding house from July 11, 2022, 10 people, a chic landscape, and a good location, there is paid parking, delicious lunches, the only negative is small portions, the rooms are clean, there is hot water, the housekeeper comes to clean every day, special thanks to the administrator Natasha , smart girl, the impressions were spoiled by an unpleasant...

Responsive administration, Sooo polite staff, good service. There are a number of minor flaws that are trying to eliminate almost immediately. Cozy mini hotel. I would like to diversify the food with seasonal vegetables and fruits. In general, a quiet cozy corner for those who do not need publicity ...

Owner is very sweet and helping, breakfast is nice and beds are really comfortable.

Excellent staff. They are kind and hospitable people. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm with prior notification and they were waiting for me. They helped me with lifting my luggage on the fourth floor. The hotel is located at the border of Kara-Oy village and Cholpon-Ata city, a little away from the city center, but near the water front. Very quiet place. The guest room is fine. Ideal for tourists...

Small family-run hotel with friendly staff. We stayed there one night and felt really welcomed. They speak a bit of English so communication was no problem. Only bad thing is that there are not of other things around the hotel. Otherwise a good place to stay!

The rooms are super! VERY clean! Everything is well-made (light switches and sockets are working properly, doors don't creak, faucets are not loose). Bathrooms are in the rooms. Hot and cold water is always available, and the TV and Wi-Fi work perfectly. The room includes bath towels, small towels, and tableware sets (forks, spoons, mugs, knives) for the number of guests. You can also borrow dishes...

A quiet, peaceful place. A friendly hostess. The coastline with beaches, shops, cafes, a market, and other amenities are nearby.

Decent for a quick nights sleep

Good private room Refrigerator. Good stream in shower, hot water. Shared Kitchen.

Amazing place to stay. The host is a very helpful guy

I liked everything very much, the rooms are cozy, the prices are reasonable. The food is very tasty, the portions are large, everything is home-style. Special thanks to Altynay - always with a smile, they checked us in quickly, thank you very much!

Hello. The guesthouse is actually quite good. Beautiful grounds. The pool is dirty and old. If you're booking for the pool, don't bother. The manager is very nice and helpful. But the service is terrible. There are almost no dishes in the room. When asked, the staff doesn't give them to you. They're rude. The kettle in the room hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There's mold everywhere. I really want...

Everything is fine. There are good deluxe rooms, and there are ordinary ones. In our room, the handles at the shower doors fell off (we fixed them ourselves), the toilet paper holder (we also fixed it ourselves), there was no attachment for the shower holder, one bed was tilted towards the wall (curve). Bed caps always flew off when you accidentally grabbed them. There are not enough shelves in the...

Our vacation began with the fact that we were not settled at 14-00, we made an advance payment for two weeks, indicated the day before that we were going, everything is in force. The administrator Altynai says that the check-in is from 14-18, that is, they are not aware of any international rules at all. We are 5 people settled in a 3-bed room for 4 hours, arguing that they have not left our room yet...

Modern rooms with most things well thought through. Friendly staff, good location. Real toilet and hot water. Wifi gets crowded if too many people use it.

Rooms are clean with shower cabinet and fridge, towels but no fan or AC... staff are helpful and friendly. Food at the attached restaurant was really delicious

My evaluation applies only to the restaurant, as I stayed somewhere else and just are at Kochvnik's restaurant. The cappuccino was pretty regular, and the service was pretty good. I like where the Cafe sure l sits and their bliny are excellent!

Clean rooms, secure parking, great location. They have a restaurant at the ground floor which was great bonus to our stay. I cannot say enough positive words about their service level!

Everything is great here. Well furnished rooms and comfortable. Great Services. Must visit this hotel if you're in Issykul. It's also near the beach.

Clean apartment cheap and safe, and they have underground parking.

Nice place with pool in the yard. The staff is quite quick. Regarding the price it is not that much expensive

Dolinnka hotel is amazing 👏 The staff are heart-warmingly beautiful and so friendly, and can speak some English. The private facilities are clean, high quality and the lake beach is incredible, especially for a night swim! The food is healthy and prepared with heart and soul. I would stay again and again without hesitation.

The pool is quite small and the rooms did have a strong unpleasnt smell

Room: Nice and big; Staff: Ok Location: A bit difficult to find but not far from mainroad Breakfast: Very poor. No egg No meat Only a few pieces of break and one piece pancake. Instant coffee only.

The view at the hotel was really great, as was the breakfast: a good Russian style. We liked the nice man at the reception, who helped us with information when needed. It was clean with a rustique atmosphere. The yard in front of the house reminded of a stay at grandmas with lovely plants and wines.

Nice and clean hotel with the calm yard. Helpfull staff. But the location is poor, in the middle of nothing. No beach access, no close restaurant, only petrol station. The Cholpon Ata centre is about 2 km far.

Nice cheap accommodation, good breakfast... The guy didn't speak English but we got by using my very bad Russian 😂 More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

It is good place to stay here. Good location near with beaches, market, museums and the center of the town. And it is quiet place. The workers here are funny. I liked it

We stayed for a week. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of fir trees and flowers. The staff are great. Special thanks to director Marcel and administrator Beck, very attentive and friendly. The service is excellent, even asking if they'd like to clean the room themselves. The food is good. We'll be back next year. I recommend it.

For us, the hotel was just okay. We only stayed one night, but we were glad we weren't staying there. The room was a junior suite. Some parts were ugly, others were okay. There was no toilet paper, but they brought it after we asked. They don't supply water in the room, and either there's no WiFi, or it didn't work in our room. The toilet is loose. There are no outlets near the bed. The water was barely...

The hotel is wonderful. A very beautiful area. Many Christmas trees, like in a fairy tale, flowers everywhere. Service at a high level. The service staff is very accommodating. The beach is simply incomparable, the sand is white, sandy. A safe beach for children. The cuisine is simply beyond words, everything is very tasty, every day a variety of dishes. We will definitely return next year, I think...

A wonderful place to relax as a family and couples, we have been relaxing in the Bakyt hotel for many years, good cuisine! Polite and attentive staff! Wonderful territory, nice beach... We come back with pleasure every time!!!

Polite staff, responsive to requests. Bright and spacious rooms, there is a large parking lot for cars. A clean beach, a lot of flowers and trees on the territory, a playground, delicious food and a lot of other good things about the hotel left me with positive impressions about the hotel. The best place to stay in Cholpon-Ata

Wonderful hotel. No complaints. Everything is fine, except .... In the evenings, at the entrance to the territory, there are 2-3 traffic police cars and 10 patrolmen who stop absolutely all cars without exception. They pick on everything without exception. They fooled me for 30 minutes, allegedly I have attachments in the form of fog lights, although I bought a car with fog lights already installed...

Great host and really comfortable and clean rooms.

Mixed impressions overall. The courtyard is cozy — it’s clear that the host, Dmitry, takes good care of it and puts in effort. However, the price seemed overpriced: we paid more when booking remotely than guests who arrived and booked on the spot. We recommend confirming the rate upon check-in. The rooms are simple and homey, with hot water, a refrigerator, and basic kitchenware. Overall, the cost...

We had a great stay! Dimitri was a friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. There was also a good parking facility, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cholpon-Ata!

This Hotel is very, very clean lodge where one can find a heavenly beautiful garden. The master is a man diligent and who has a special kindness! If I shall come again at Cholfon-Ata, I will come back to this house without any hesitation. Altissimo~

The Podsolnukhi Guesthouse boasts green, well-maintained grounds with trees, flowers, and shrubs, among which are pergolas adorned with climbing plants, benches, and swings. This verdant ambiance pleasantly sets Podsolnukhi apart from the crowd of neighboring guesthouses. The rooms are unassuming, but they are neat and cozy, and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A table and chairs...

Absolutely assess the quality of housing is hardly possible, only in conjunction with its cost. Since I got here in a certain historical period, the hype for living in the resort village of Cholpon Ata was completely anomalous for this time of year. A direct consequence was inflated housing prices. People are making money. Nothing special. Two friends and I got the second floor of a small house, where...

We're vacationing in August 2024. This is our fifth time at this boarding house. It's an ideal choice for a quiet family vacation with children. Key advantages include being a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 7-10-minute walk to the Goluboy Issyk-Kul sanatorium beach. There are also many cafes and a small market within walking distance. The grounds include two swimming pools with sun loungers—one for...

Hello. Great hotel, everything is clean. We will visit this hotel again.

We stayed here during a world cycle tour. It is new, clean and in a quiet location. Near the beach and restaurants in the town. In a closed area so it was safe to park our bicycles. The staff are very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our time here.

Nice place for hot springs bath

A great location, set back from the road. A thermal spa is nearby. Clean rooms. Good internet. If it's cold (we had +6 degrees and wind at night), you can turn on the heated floors or ask for a radiator. Thank you.

Nice and cozy place. Excellent but little pricey rooms. Shared kitchen (should update multicooker). Pool. Fenced area with cameras. 15 min to the beach. 7-15 min to shops and restaurants. Special thanks to Galina and Begemay.

Excellent rooms and facilities with very affordable prices 👍 Very clean and newly built, in summary great value for money .. 10 minute walk from the beach and other attractions/markets in the city center.
