Nice place to stay and co-operative staff.

Fairly old and need of some TLC. It has a beach but pretty much the same as the public ones.

Great experience. Soviet style sanatorium, with great capabilities and wide scope of different treatments. It requires refurbishing and improvements, but generally gives high level of health and medical support.

The rooms are not that good, I advise getting Lyuks. The walk from the hotel to the beach is far :( The view is amazing and the water has is it's good qualities. Also has a floating "Banya na vode"

OMG, this place is a bomb. It was a totally surreal time-travelling experience for me. It is exactly, and I mean exactly, how I remember Soviet day care and health institutions, in which I spent most of my childhood. I LOVE cats and they were all around! I found the cutest little baby cat and kept him as a pet! It was a very memorable place. And if you are allergic to cats then this might not be the place for you but I personally LOVED it!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It's not really hotel. But rooms are clean and week serviced. Employees are nice. Foods are good. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free. It's very close to the lake. The area is nice and quite.

This wasn't my first time at a triathlon, but it was my first time in Kapriz. It's a beautiful place, and the park and beach area are amazing. Tsarik and his team did their best, as always.

Near the beach, clean, cozy. Quiet, for families with children.

The rooms are not bad in general. Probably worth the money. But there are few shelves for small items, or rather none at all. And the sockets for charging the phone are installed very high.

Excellent trip all-round. The hotel is clean, central (2 minutes from the beach) and well-managed. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly. The room was newly furnished with a balcony, fridge, wardrobe and coffee table/stools & kettle. A+ for comfort & service. Will return 👍🎆

Absolutely amazing views of the moonlit sky over the Issykul lake from their panoramic yurts. Kid friendly with a number of water activities for adults as well. I think their breakfast definitely has space for improvement.

Overall a nice place. There are some shortcomings, but a lot can be solved. The staff is friendly and tries to help with everything. There was no water or tea in the yurt - they brought it upon request. But they apparently don’t clean up after previous guests very well. Great place: spacious family cottages, landscaped area with playgrounds and a great beach. Ideal for families with children, because. the entrance to the sea is gentle and very far from deep. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a super chef: all dishes are great.

Nice well-groomed territory with beautiful flowers and green lawns. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please or help. A wonderful boarding house, an oasis on the shore of Issyk Kul. I liked the service, the rooms and most importantly the food is very tasty. We think we will return to this place again.
