Where to stay with pets in Cholpon-Ata

I want to thank Natalia very much for organizing our vacation and for her comprehensive support with all my questions and requests. I really hope to return here next summer! And for a longer stay!

Were on July 29-31, 2022, in general, the impressions are good: the location is convenient, the air is clean and cool

I don't know, maybe the guests who left previous reviews were just unlucky? As for the cuisine, compared to last year, the portions are larger and the food is tastier. There are numerous cafes within a 5-10-minute walk

A quiet and cozy recreation area with luxurious landscaping. Babylon stands out from the crowd with its greenery and well-kept environment. Evening gatherings on the room's terrace are very atmospheric and intimate

There are halal places for "lunch" and places for "eat-drink-sing-and-hang out. " Something for every taste, as they say

Rooms - somehow, for two years in a row, I've been given good rooms, with decent furniture and bathroom fixtures

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Excellent breakfast and the garden and beach is so amazing

Excellent location with fresh and shallow beach. Adorable place for vacation with kids. Hotel offers as an option three meals which is absolutely great option for moms with children. Recommended.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

Pros: Well cleaned superior double room, bed comfortability was above average, bathroom was cleaned too, hotel is near to beach area, overall property was quiet, the ambience of premises was clean and well maintained with varieties of flowers

Modern rooms with most things well thought through. Friendly staff, good location. Real toilet and hot water. Wifi gets crowded if too many people use it.

I liked everything very much, the rooms are cozy, the prices are reasonable. The food is very tasty, the portions are large, everything is home-style

The guesthouse is actually quite good. If you're booking for the pool, don't bother. The manager is very nice and helpful. There are almost no dishes in the room. When asked, the staff doesn't give them to you

The kettle in the room hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I really want to sweep away the cobwebs and trash from the floors

Clean rooms, secure parking, great location. They have a restaurant at the ground floor which was great bonus to our stay. I cannot say enough positive words about their service level!

The room.was very nice, but I kept on waiting for 30 minutes and still didn't get my breakfast. So I had to search for a nother location . All in all, they have a nice pool, but its a bit far away from the center.

Everything is great here. Well furnished rooms and comfortable. Great Services. Must visit this hotel if you're in Issykul. It's also near the beach.

Clean apartment cheap and safe, and they have underground parking.

My evaluation applies only to the restaurant, as I stayed somewhere else and just are at Kochvnik's restaurant. The cappuccino was pretty regular, and the service was pretty good

Rooms are clean with shower cabinet and fridge, towels but no fan or AC... staff are helpful and friendly. Food at the attached restaurant was really delicious

Nice and clean hotel with the calm yard. Helpfull staff. But the location is poor, in the middle of nothing. No beach access, no close restaurant, only petrol station. The Cholpon Ata centre is about 2 km far.

It is good place to stay here. Good location near with beaches, market, museums and the center of the town. And it is quiet place. The workers here are funny. I liked it

Room: Nice and big; Staff: Ok Location: A bit difficult to find but not far from mainroad Breakfast: Very poor. No egg No meat Only a few pieces of break and one piece pancake. Instant coffee only.

The view at the hotel was really great, as was the breakfast: a good Russian style. We liked the nice man at the reception, who helped us with information when needed. It was clean with a rustique atmosphere

The yard in front of the house reminded of a stay at grandmas with lovely plants and wines

Guesthouse is located right next to a park leading to lake Issykul. You can get to the rest of the village very easily -- and owners are happy to help!

This family run guesthouse is really good! Despite the initial difficulty in finding the place (no signs whatsoever), the rest of our stay was nice. The view of autumn leaves from our balcony was very beautiful

Amazing guesthouse! Owners are incredibly friendly and have helpful advice and contacts for activities in Cholpon Ata. Rooms are clean, come with mini fridge, tv, a/c and heat up can control

The plentiful breakfast is included and most of the food were prepared right as we sat down. There is parking available outside the guesthouse. Payment can be made with cash or card

While it was fun talking with the parents (with limited English), their son was very helpful with translations of everything. They even gave us some contacts for our onwards trips

I do really love this gorgeous guesthouse. We used to stay at this house every time we visit Cholpon-Ata and Issyk-Kul lake. This will be already the 4th time we live here. The house is made entirely of wood

The owners are quite friendly and already became our good fellows during our stays. We fell in love with Gera (beautiful cat on the second photo that lives here and usually walks around)

I personally just literally sink in deep in the bed when I return home tired after a long walk and swimming in the lake. The summer kitchen is located outside of the main house

It is also a point that the guest house is pet-friendly and you can bring your loved pets to accompany you in the trip. Totally worthwhile, 100% recommend!

It is solid, well-made cottage with well equipped rooms. There are individual bathrooms in each room. The bedding is enormously comfy, IDK what other reviewers mean when they say that it will break the back

It is equipped with all the required kitchenware. It is both comfortable to cook your own food or bring something and eat here as well. The view from the room is just amazing

It's convenient for both coming and going to Bishkek, and you can catch the Mashtroka to Karakol from here! (There are buses from the eastern end of the city, but they also depart from here at the Central Terminal

I was so lucky to find this place during my trip in September of this year. ^^ The location is also close to the terminal

When I was there, there was a timetable posted in front of the restroom, so check it out. ) I loved it so much that I extended my stay from two nights to six, swimming, relaxing, and visiting the hot springs

Very nice accommodation, hosts and staff are very friendly, you can book tours around Izzyk kul Lake and the mountains in that region from the guest house

It was the end of the season, and it was getting colder, but I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I'd love to go again when it's a little less cold

Clean, cozy, near the beach! A bit unorganised reservation system, however the staff is very friendly, and they make you feel part of the family. Room was big and clean, we had full bathroom

Food is served, breakfast and other meals. WiFi is a bit of an issue for some unclear reason. We went based on previous experience, and still is good

We mistakenly chose a single bed, but they gave us a larger and more spacious room for the same price. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the center, and very close to the beach.

We arrived at night - they checked us in without any problems. All complaints are exclusively about the room (didn't try the food, the location didn't matter, etc

But one towel for two also upset us a little, the lack of a wardrobe/bedside table for clothes (in our case, the backpacks were on the floor closer to the head of the bed, and if we wanted to go out onto the balcony, we would walk on the backpacks)

Conclusion: if you just need to sleep for one night, then it's fine, if you want to stay longer, then keep in mind that the room = bed, nothing more, there is no place to even put things, and bring towels with you )))

My husband and I are both slim, but we couldn't pass each other in this passage. That is, if a double bed has dimensions of 200*160, then a room without a toilet is 250*210, one outlet (phones were charged in turns)

Between the bed, pushed close to the wall, and the opposite wall, the passage is 50-60 centimeters at most, and there is also an entrance to the toilet from this strip

Lovely guest house, with clean and tidy rooms, nestled amongst a small fruit orchard, with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing. Excellent value as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The grounds are incredibly beautiful, with flowers everywhere, all different kinds, trees, and gazebos all hung with flowerpots. My son and I stayed there from July 15th to 20th

Hosts are really friendly and nice. Amazing garden and great rooms with space and good views. Great to go to the lake and enjoy some resting days but little bit far away of the town.

YouTube is connected to the TV, which is great, but the internet connection is intermittent. There's a bathroom in the room (sink and shower). There were no problems with water

There's a kitchen on site, so you can cook or order food; we ordered breakfast several times. By the way, you don't need to buy water; the tap water is delicious

There were no mosquitoes at all 🙂, and the windows have a screen. There's a power outlet next to each bed. The windows have a view of the mountains and the lake

Kind of a hostel what u expecting? Toilet, bathroom, kitchen and rooms are very clean. For sure it's not a fancy 5 star hotel. It's a bit far from center but it gives u silence to have rest

Awesome, loved the location, central to everything. The staff was great, very helpful and can speak Russian and English fluently. Would definitely recommend to any groups travelling to Issyk-Kul on a budget.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Cholpon Ata. Location is great, very close to the Issyk-Kul lake and we liked the fact that this is a very small hostel. There is a nice garden with a good place to hang out

Nice kitchen, lounge area, decent warm beds despite the cold, excellent location near bus station (west and east) and easy to get to mountains, easy to lake, couldnt ask for more :))))

Location: centrally located in the heart of Cholpon Ata. There is a supermarket across the road. Room: The dorm rooms have 2 bunk beds with enough room to store your luggage

They have the best and most approachable cat that’ll win your heart immediately. All in all, definitely worth the money!

Guesthouse is very nice and clean. setting in garden after beach will give you different levels. Olga and oksana are good persons, all place is clean. I think we will stay there every vacation

One of the best places I have stayed! I ended up staying here for 3 nights after expecting to be there one night. Aksana and Olga are so sweet and helpful. The property is incredibly peaceful and beautiful

We were there in family with kids and grandparents and everybody were happy !! Don't hesitate if you want to go to Tcholpon Ata without the rush of tourists. 10 minutes by feet for the lake, perfect!

This is an amazing place ! The family is so kind! Structures are very good, different bathrooms and a game place for kids. Oksana and Olga are always ready to help you whatever you need

Great guest house ! Super nice staff, very clean facilities and beautiful garden to chill in. 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the bus station to Bichkek.
