Classic little hotel in the best possible location in old town. Service is excellent! Breakfast is really good! Has that old school timeless charm about it!

Our 4th stay, we are just amazed by Stikliai, the staff are so professional, approachable and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. We really enjoy the sauna and pool. There is a calmness about the place

Location is right in the centre of Old Town. Rooms are large & very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and I would stay here again.

However, when judging by 5-star standards, the rooms are clearly due for renovation — the bathroom door didn’t lock, the TV was mounted crookedly, and the wardrobe doors were uneven

The hotel could put two folding chairs there, perhaps, but we enjoyed standing there occasionally and viewing the main plaza of Vilnius. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Very quiet, when the windows are closed

We used the spa only late, but there is so much to do! Parking is 50 Euro per night and 40 Euro in the center of the city. If you want to avoid that, you‘d need to walk 10 minutes or so, so we ended up using the hotel

The staff was incredibly nice. They sent a bottle of Spanish champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Breakfast was great. Location is super convenient if you’re not wanting to be located in old town where all the pubs are. This hotel is in the suburbs with sports and gym and shopping malls nearby. Rooms were clean.

A perfect place for non-expensive accommodation in Vilnius. Peaceful, quiet location near the shopping centre. The staff is helpful and speaks English, which is a major convenience.

We have arrived very late in the morning we have got the fast service at the reception and offered some tea. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. The breakfast option were impressive

On our last day, we were told we weren't on the breakfast list. After I insisted they check again, the staff member realized she had made a mistake but offered no apology. This lack of basic courtesy is uncalled for

Great place, would recommend, obsluzhivanie on top, as befits the hotel, the location is right in the center of the building, though historic, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking lot at the back of the building is secured with gates. A bit worn out though and slightly remote location. Breakfast was decent.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and overall this hotel. We booked it just to sleep longer after a late flight, with 12pm check out time and breakfast until 10.

The hotel is very comfortable, but basic. That is not a criticism in any way as it is incredible value for money. The staff here could not have been more helpful.

Great Hotel, nice view. Supermarket on the other side of the hotel lets you grab anything you need. The bedroom was a little dusty, but fine. Food is good. There is a sauna and a pool.

I stayed in Moon Garden for 1 night. The room was clean, breakfast good. The personal is very professional and polite. Location is awesome, right in the center of the Vilnius, across the city market with fresh food.

The hotel has a great location. The staff always ready to help and refill the empty trays. The reception staff were excellent. Helpful accomadating and ready to assist in particular a young man called David

Conveniently located for airport access with a bus stop right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom of the room, and the towels were worn out.

We needed a comfortable stay with breakfast and centrally located so it is easily walkable to old town. Moon Garden gave us that, we at least mostly. Very limited for vegetarians such as us

A great hotel located conveniently near the Gate of Dawn, quiet location, friendly staff who helped us a lot and a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Vilnius ☺️

We’ve got the biggest room with balcony. The room is very beautiful and well equipped. Everything went smoothly perfect. The hotel located in the perfect spot nearby gate of dawn and also the market.

Me and my family always staying at this hotel while we have flights, we always been satisfied with service and food. Definitely we will return again

Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it

Breakfast was very good with wide range of warm as well was fresh products and constant service. Quiet location but still very close to the city and the sights

Girl in reception did not seem very polite and I was surprised to find my room like that (pic). It seems someone was lying down in bed. The rest is cool, apart I could hear my neighbour snoring

I liked everything, comfortable rooms, Chinese Desk, close to supermarket, lots of Parking, could Park the bus without any problems.

You can catch a fish yourself which is a nice entertainment especially with the kids. Tennis, boats, 1h of sauna included in the package and it cost only 215€ for a night (2+2 kids, family house)

The family apartment is lovely (2 bedrooms and living room). I always book in March for the summer weekend and by summer all the weekends are fully booked. Hence, I believe most of the people are happy with the service!

The house was clean it had a coffe machine a tv. The staff at the resort is kind and was very nice. We had a sauna for one hour in the evening and it was great had a good ralaxing time here the food was good

Clean, simple but so nice. Comfortable beds, A/C, fan, but didn’t find a small fridge. Free private parking. Good breakfast, but no coffee machine, only a black coffee with milk.

******* says parking is 8 Euro but it is actually 2 Euro per hour up to 23 hours and then 1 E after that! We drove around for almost 2 hours confused before we were told to park out back for free

I was also surprised to find out you need to strip all the bedding and dispose of all garbage yourself. ******* says check in time is 4:00 but the owner says it is 5:00, just to be aware

Cozy, clean and quiet rooms! Convenient location: bus stop to the center 1 min walk; groceries 5-10 min walk; pizza/restaurants 5-10 mins walk. Owners very friendly and speak Russian.

The location is PERFECT for Winter. It’s just far enough away from one of the 2 wonderful Christmas Markets (the one at the town hall with ice skating) they had loud music but we didn’t hear a thing

We made last minute booking for 1 night and our choice could not be any better! The communication was smooth and easy

We didn’t feel neglected but it is a bit of an adjustment if you aren’t prepared for no one on site. Our heater kept turning off even when the switch on but. the bathroom had a heated floor and plenty of hot water

Yes, hotel is nice, but needs some reconstruction, but right after that they need some privat security and also surveilance system, its a good location and nice place, but if they want a stars they need some help, if the owner is reading im ready to assist u with reconstruction and security

Stayed in Runmis for 3 nights: Cons: shabby room, terrible bed, small tv, not a safe neighborhood Pros: good price, good location(5min by foot to bus,train station, 15 min to old town) good bathroom, quiet place
