First and foremost, receptionist were friendly and accomodating. They provide information about the city and acknowledged our room complaints. They have transferred us to a better room. Such a wonderful experience. We’ll vist there again soon.

We wanted to book a room for three people but couldn't even though the room could fit four people. They have a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, but a bit expensive for an extra person. They have kids' food sections.

The location is quite good, the tram is about 2 mins walk.

The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I had to give them feedback with pictures to ensure through cleaning for good hygiene.

I think for the price, the rooms are quite basic. Maybe it's because of the festive season.

Free bus service right outside the door, making it easy to get to the city center. The room was alright. The main thing is that it was cheap, so it's worth staying there.

There are two Novotel hotels in the same area. I asked for directions and a staff member guided me to the correct one. Parking was very tight, both outdoors and indoors, but the front desk lady said that some spots on P3 and P4 were free to use because the offices upstairs were closed for the weekend. 😂. The room was very comfortable, and I slept really well. It was very convenient to get to the city center as the T1 tram line was right outside.

Located halfway between the airport and the city center, it's easily accessible via the T1 tram. The surrounding area feels like a newly developed CBD, dominated by high-rise buildings. There's a small shopping mall nearby, but it closes quite early, and a few restaurants. To get to the city, besides taking the bus, you can also enjoy a fun walk through the canyon and take an elevator up.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the tram station, making it easy to reach the city center. Overall, this was the best hotel of our entire Europe trip. We would definitely stay here again.

My drone got stolen from the parking lot, and the hotel did absolutely nothing. I paid dozens of euros a day for your parking, and when it got stolen, they told me to call the police myself. Luxembourg is such a rip-off, I'm disgusted.

Nice location with very good atmosphere as well as decoration.
The room is clean and tidy. Just the carpet needs to be cleaned a bit more.

Great hotel for a business trip, with meeting rooms and perfeclty located in the European Quartier. In this case, however, I went with my family. Room was fantastic and service impeccable.
