Outstanding. One of my new favorite hotels.

I stayed during a weekend in early January when it was not busy but was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Service across the board was amazing, genuine, friendly, welcoming and no request was too much trouble.

Miguel at Reception was amazing - such a competent professional. Tanya in the bar a very welcome host, and the restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast were all such lovely attentive people.

Room (a suite on 5th floor) was excellent, spacious and well appointed. Modern, high quality materials.

Breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the local choices available to order.

Radici Restaurant for dinner was superb - a busy place with lots of non-guests which was nice to see. Pasta dishes were delicious.

Already looking forward to returning. This hotel is a gem.

Sofitel Luxembourg Europe is always a great choice. Clean and well-appointed rooms, excellent location (T1 tram takes you to the centre in no time), good dining options inside or close by in Kirchberg area, private parking. Plus the high quality of service to top it all off. Special mention to Robert for always being warm and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Luxembourg Europe. The staff were very accommodating to my every request. The nice lady at the front desk Meline was especially helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay near the centre, there is a tram station 2 minutes from the hotel that goes both to Airport and the Centre Hamilius and Gare Central. At the same time the area around the hotel is quieter and tidy. Photos are from the area around the hotel.

We loved our stay. The rooms were well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Well located for restaurants nearby and the tram to visit the city. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was conveniently located next to the tram station for easy access to other locations. The staff were all kind and helpful. Our room was excellent.

A very high-end business hotel, a little bit outside the city center, convenient for self-driving. The room is large, drinks and snacks in the room are all free, the waiter will make the bed at night, and put tea bags and chocolates on the bedside table. Such hotel services are rarely seen in Europe. The breakfast is semi-buffet, which we added at the last minute, 36 euros per person, which is a bit expensive, but the hotel level is there, and it is about the same price. In short, it is very good.

Very nice hotel, well maintained facilities. Though not located in heart of the city, it’s easy to access by train or flight, especially it’s free for all public transportation in this lovely city.

The welcome was warm and professional. The room was very nice, spacious and well equipped. The hotel has several restaurants and a large, very pleasant lobby. It is ideally located, only 5 minutes by car from the center, and it is even possible to go there for free by tram. The parking lot is very large, which is a real plus. The only downside: Googlemaps does not give the exact location of the hotel, which made us turn around three times before finding it. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”

I had a first-class overnight stay at the Sofitel Europe. The room was very spacious and equipped with all amenities. Bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee and a large selection of food gave me a good start to the day. The service was also appropriate for a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended.
