Cockroach infestation - sizes of the cockroaches varied from tiny baby cockroaches to baby cockroaches to small cockroaches to medium sized cockroaches to full size cockroaches. It is clear that eggs have been being laid in the hotel for a while.

In less than 24 hours we killed over 15 cockroaches in our room/bathroom and there were still a lot more.

When we complained 3 members of staff including a manager giggled and moved us to a new room. While moving our belongings to another room, before we had even sat down, we saw a full size cockroach run from the bedroom into the bathroom. After putting our bags down, we saw another medium sized cockroach run across the top of the shower. Immediately, we booked into a different hotel and went to reception to ask for a refund, where we were told the manager who had assisted us less than 10 minutes earlier was now on holiday. We were refused a refund and lost the price of 2 nights stay.

Me and my partner have been travelling in low budget hotels and hostels for 4 months across South East Asia and have happily stayed in rooms where there have been a few cockroaches and we have been able to remove them. It is not possible to remove them all here, there is simply too many.

Please save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Location was good but room smelly and not clean with cockroaches really not recommend stay ..

Terrible ! Booked for four nights , but walked out after 8 hours ! Only stayed that long because the flight arrived early morning 🤨
No need to say anything , look at the photos 🤮 .
The pillows need decontaminating !
When leaving was told the company does not give refunds !!!!!
