Selesa, very good service n recommended

The shower water flow is slow, as is the sink tap. The fridge is rusty and not functioning. The toilet bowl is dirty.

Just nice during emergency. Most of hotels were sold out so we got no choice. Luckily the room is spacious but leather supply is too slowm hope they will improve

convenient location for eating and personal needs, located in the middle of the city, clean rooms although a bit old but still satisfactory.

It is a decent hotel with private car parks and near to many eateries. The surrounding can be abit noise.

The bed was okay, but the toilet wasn't satisfactory. We also got a room at the very end of the hall, even though I was with my mother who uses a wheelchair. I thought they might have considered giving us a room closer to the front. Anyway, the staff was quite friendly.

good water pressure. the air conditioner works well. food at the cafe was delicious; spaghetti bolognese to be exact. the cafe doesn't accept QR pay.

unfortunately, one of the complimentary water bottles in my room was already opened. there was no complimentary body wash provided, just shampoo. a better quality toilet paper should be provided.

Ok for 2 Star hotel with basic amenities and facilities. Need to refresh any way. I love its location centrally in Alor Setar
