Hotel location was good for dinner but not ideal for breakfast as it was hard to get a restaurant in the morning. Room was acceptable with the rate you paid but aircon temperature was unable to adjust to higher than 22 Deg C which it will get pretty cold due to the small space. Bathroom window was not properly covered, possibility to expose while using it or having shower.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The service was great, and the rooftop pool was absolutely stunning – perfect for photos! I highly recommend it. The dining options were also excellent, and the hotel is very close to the city center. I'll definitely be back next time. For anyone looking for a great place to stay, I suggest checking this one out!

The location is great, within walking distance to all the nearby attractions, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The service was very warm and welcoming. However, some of the bedding had hygiene issues and the facilities felt a bit outdated.

The food options are quite limited but location wise is quite convenient a 10 minute walk to the top komtar 1st avenue mall paragrim mall.

No deposit required. The room size is just okay. The AC is cold! Bathroom could use some extra lighting, especially the mirror area.
It's a decent hotel for a short stay. Sound proofing isn't that good, you can hear people walking around and closing doors.

Great hawker centre. Food here are nice but not as great. There's a singer here, funny, and until late 2AM. Overall experience is very relaxing but it's hot in the early evening. Prices of the food here are reasonable.

Pay no attention to the "negative-nellies" on here. Take your time and search out the food you fancy and you will enjoy. New Lane hawker centre is no longer as good as it used to be.It does have a couple of gems, but unless you like long queues for "trending" outlets, youll find Red Garden is just as good or better with the added bonus of some good local entertainment.
Georgetown at its touristy best. Good fun entertainment, great selection of foods and drinks. Local families come here for a wonderful nights entertainment and eating. The kids fall asleep at the table whilst the oldies enjoy themselves. Love it.

Very slow service. We made reservations and ordered the day before. The food took forever to be served. The poppadom tasted funny and was soft. I will definitely not eat here again. The only positive was the lady supervisor came to apologize. But it was too late. Horrendous to say the least.

Have to queue a bit especially during peak hours. But overall the food are delicious and the dining area (which was separated from the food counter) is comfortable.

Had chicken briyani rice. A little too spicy, mediocre taste. I would like to give praise to their dedicated service. They are attentive to your needs and ensure that you have made your order in time.
