The atmosphere and service were good, but the cleanliness could use some improvement. If that’s addressed, it would be a great place to visit again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, making my stay truly very enjoyable. There was plenty of parking available, and it was easy to access. The receptionist was also friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, a pleasant experience. Last but not least, view from paddy field also very awesome.

Not really good experience this time. Had to change rooms multiple times due to AC issues. 1st room ac problem its really hot and stuffy, changed rooms multiple times at 1am second room were slightly better and we all deadly tired n the next morning was raya. Raya day 1 also we then have to again change rooms as during the day we cant feel the ac my toddler wasnt able to get her night sleep due to sweat as its hot.

Massive convention halls here & car parking space too. Just that Alor Setar is super Hot. I pity cars parked there without shades

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

Very short distance to airport. Hotel service are great, the staffs is very accommodating. Request for late check-out as our flight is at 3pm. Used the shuttle service to airport. All in all great hotel for our short stay in Alor Setar!

Very nice hotel, clean, fragrant and the staff service is very friendly. I was very comfortable and happy during my stay at this hotel. Drop off service to the airport is also provided which is very convenient for me and my friends who board the flight as early as 8 am. The food is also very delicious. Thank you Raia Hotel.

Visited on 11 Desember 2017 based on the previous review. Very very disapointed. They changed the menu to western food only. Tak sedap dan sangat mahal. Not recomend at all. You can go to other western restoran and have a decent meal at half the price they charge.
