This hotel always my choice cause very convenient. The only challenge that I faced was this hotel always fully booked 😆

Very efficient and trustworthy. I left my amulets chain and I called up to inform the receptionist. I was told not to worry and can come to take it any time. Very trustworthy and also the breakfast staffs were good. I recommend travellers to stoping over Alor Star to stay there

We had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

Bed is comfy, room is huge. Breakfast was not bad. Air-conditioning a bit too loud but still acceptable.
Location is convenient. Close to many eatary and a mall.

Overall was good for this hotel. Just the bedsheets abit aging and have cigarette burns mark

Location of this hotel is very good, 5 mins walk to the nearby Aman Central. There are eateries area the area which is within 10 mins walking. I've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately the housekeeping did not change my bed linens and also did not vacuum the carpet. TV only showing local channels, there are carpark on the basement.
