Fantastic experience here - stayed a month and the staff were all amazing, beds super comfy and massive thanks to both of the guys that cleaned my room every day - big 💗 to you both.

Slightly out the way hence 4* fir location but safe friendly area and only a 10/15min walk to wherever you need to be, and 10mins by taxi to Gurney Plaza.

I’d 💯 stay here again - thank you so much 🙏🏻

Finding food is a bit difficult, as it's far from the hotel. Chinese restaurants are nearby.
The rooms without balconies are clean and quiet, not too crowded. A little hard to find.

Sound insulation is poor, you can hear noise from next door and outside clearly.

Air-cond does not work normally, sometimes cold sometimes not. Takes forever to feel the cold.

Guest next door smoked in a non-smoking room and your room will be full of cigarette smell. Notified reception on this but what they could do was only to knock on the door of the room and notify the guest, no other action taken. Guest continued smoking after they left.

Only 6 parking spots available for hotel guests. Not even a single space to park on the street other than a paid open-parking 100 meters away.

The staff are fantastic. Max, Fitri, Mehedi, Azad, Hidayah (and another nice young woman whose name I do not know) were so great during my stay there. The WiFi works well, there are plenty of places to eat in the area, I didn't smell anybody smoking (common in budget hotels). The only issue I had was with a loud guest, but it was Thaipusam week so it is likely not like that often. It's not a luxury hotel, but he staff perform like a luxury hotel staff.

Kind of room your get,really depends on your luck .
we booked 2 rooms . One of it was spacious & clean ( 2 single beds), the other was FILTHY (single queen bed). Toilet obviously not cleaned, floors & walls were mouldy, you can SMELL it. Room floor not swept. Smelled musty as soon as we entered.

Pros :
- friendly hotel staff
- clean & spacious (depends on your luck though)
- near the streets with good food

Cons :
- hotel parking is SO little. Only 6-7 normal sized car. If you don't get one, you'll have to park at a paid parking area around 150m away.
- Dirty toilet.
- not quite worth the price.
