I have been a regular customer since 2018. Its always my 1st choice to check in whenever i travel to georgetown. Even there were still times when i got rooms that were poorly maintained. But this time everything was good, the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The only downsides are no qiblat signage and extra pillow in the room which was provided before. Also i was lucky to have had the parking this time which always became the big issue before. Its very limited esp during holiday season by first come first served basis. Credit is given to the male receptionist (short hair) that attended me on friday 30th afternoon. He is very polite and kind. Afterall, im satisfied and will surely come again

The bedding felt damp, and there was a large footprint on the bath towel. The chair was incredibly grimy, and the hallway was very echoey. Besides the location and the hotel's exterior, which were decent, the interior facilities and service were absolutely terrible. I'm not usually picky about hotels, and I never leave bad reviews for places that are even halfway acceptable, but I would never book this hotel again.

We booked total 2 rooms . Room 214 air condition in bad shape . Toilet bidet spray leak . Room 216 wardrobe is in very bad shape 😅. Bath towel is dirty with stains.

Was greeted by receptionist, Joshua who kindly checked us in. It was around 1:30pm but generally check in time was 3pm. Immediately checking in and being told we would have to leave our luggage in reception storage, he kindly informed us that the room was cleaned but didnt have the towels ready till 2:00pm. He provided the option to go to our rooms immediately and for towels to be dropped off to our rooms once ready. Great first impression!
The building is a heritage building so a 2 ringgit per night fee was paid at reception during check-in. The building is aged (physical appearance, smell) but air conditioning is strong inside the room and even reception area.
They provide bottled water each day during room makeup and a water refill station at lobby reception if you drink a lot of water.

There are very limited car parking lots. For hotel parking lots, it's 10 RM per day, based on first come first serve concept.
Public parking lots along the roadside are also very limited. Lot of lucks are needed to find a suitable roadside parking lot.
Within the hotel room, the toilet looks new. There is limited view from the hotel room window. There is no swimming pool.

Room and furniture very old already. some dirty for the bedsheet . for me still acceptable. But location is good . nearby all places eat also convenient . Near to kimberlystreet night market .

A very good location, near almost every attraction and famous food. A very outdated hotel but if you don't mind, it is worth staying. The male receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is decent if you’re mainly looking for convenience. It’s near to popular attractions and famous local cuisine which makes getting around and sightseeing much easier. The rooms are basic and nothing fancy. My room isn’t spacious enough for my two kids, my wife and I. But it’s enough for my short stay. The breakfast is basic but it’s not that bad. The hotel parking is limited. I’ve never got any chance to park there as it’s always full. So I had to park in front of the hotel. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you prioritise location over comfort.

A very good location to reach all attractions around georgetown. Had a great stay with my friends, the toilet was clean enough considering the old buildings and bed was comfy enough to sleep after a tiring day exploring penang. Can do something with the customer service as the receptionist was not really left a good impression. 🤗 Nevertheless, it was a good stay.
