I booked 3 rooms and happy that two of them are connecting rooms. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staffs and the facilities provided. Swimming pool could be better if there's not that much of dirt seen at the bottom.

The hotel has a modern feel despite its age, with swift check-in. My room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom provided hot water with excellent pressure. I particularly appreciated the comfortable pillows, available in both thin and thick options. It's a bustling hub in Kuantan, offering free parking and a shopping center nearby.

Great stay! Having the mall on the opposite was a plus point to get some shopping done. Would love to stay here again the next time I travel to Kuantan. Breakfast was a lovely spread as well!

Centrally located with East Coast and Kuantan City mall opposite the hotel and convention centre. Good size room with comfy beds and large bathroom. A short 15 mins car ride to Teluk Chempedak beach for sunrise.

We regularly stay @ Zenith for countless times. Though the hotel isn't as grand as other 5 stars, the service & cleanliness has been consistent over the years. The location is strategic & convenient. There's charging station for EV car too & we can leave our car for charging with ease. We had drinks @ the cafe & were impressed by the simple honey lemon drinks & Rose chrysanthemum tea that we ordered. Will stay regular either for holidays or work.

1 night only come for shoppings at east coast mall. Im regular customer for this hotel. Always check in this hotel whenever I come at Kuantan. No complaint as the hospitality here always great! I also got free breakfast for my 2 kiddos 7 years old & 5 years old. Thank you! I am happy customer!
