Hotel Sentral Melaka @ City Centre in Malacca

First enter the hotel lobby, everything was fine, lobby is nice and staff is polite and smiley face.
Booked Deluxe king but being notified by front desk we got upgraded to triple bedroom as deluxe king was fully occupied. I'm fine with that.

Then entered the room(yellow light-dark, unwashed toilet- still with pee yellow stain, shower head is not screw properly). At first I didn't think to complain directly, as just under Rm100/night room, can just accept.

At last, we have early check out on that night, cause can't stay with the poor maintenance room. Mattress, lights, all have to change. I don't request to change room too, as I believe all the room in this hotel will be same.

Overall, management team have to upgrade the cleanliness and poor management of the maintenance and housekeeping team.

Will not comeback to this hotel again, I have tried other budget hotel before, but this is the worst.
